- Ahuna Mutton from Champaran Bihar is a very famous and popular dish in Bihar. In my previous video on this dish, I had made this in a conventional way using a clay pot. This video was hit and crossed 5 million-plus views. But at the same time, a lot of viewers faced difficulty in making this dish as in some cases the clay pot was broken due to extreme heat, and most of the people from urban places have no option of making this dish in an apartment kitchen. So In this video, I have come up with the solution to make Ahuna mutton in a pressure cooker by adding some tricks to maintain the authentic taste. Let's get started.

Ingredients:
500 grams of Goat meat, 500 grams of onion, 20-25 grams of garlic, 10-12 grams of ginger, 8-10 green chilies, 5 bulbs of garlic, 3-4 whole red chilies, 2 black cardamoms, 8-10 peppercorns, 4-5 cloves, 2 green cardamoms, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 2-3 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala, 1/2 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of salt or add as per taste, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori Methi, 2 pinches of asafoetida, approx 3/4 cup of mustard oil, a few chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
(500 ग्राम बकरी का मांस, 500 ग्राम प्याज, 20-25 ग्राम लहसुन, 10-12 ग्राम अदरक, 8-10 हरी मिर्च, 5 बल्ब लहसुन, 3-4 साबुत लाल मिर्च, 2 बड़ी इलायची, 8-10 काली मिर्च, 4-5 लौंग, 2 हरी इलायची, 1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी, 1 चम्मच जीरा, 2-3 तेज पत्ते, 1 चम्मच धनियां, 1 बड़ा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर, 1/ 2 बड़े चम्मच गरम मसाला, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर, 1 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी, 1 बड़ा चम्मच नमक या स्वादानुसार मिलाएँ, 1 बड़ा चम्मच कसूरी मेथी, 2 चुटकी हींग, लगभग 3/4 कप सरसों का तेल, एक कुछ कटा हरा धनिया सजाने के लिए)

Sir isko thoda or easy bhi bana sakte hai agar sitti hi lagani ho to......nbr 1.- lahusan pyaz or mutton ko thoda pahle hi Galla le fir miti k diye or miti k dhakan ko seal kare aate se taaki vo jab bhi khole vo banna hua mile taki bad me na siti mare .
2nd- pyaz or baki material pahle thoda gala le fir meet daal k andar 4, 5 diye daal le agar miti ki handi type khushbu hi chahiye to, uske baad siiti mara de to or hi easy rahega.......baki to aap jyada acha jannte hai ......
