Chorus:
Seek the Lord, while He may be found. Call to Him, while He is still near
Vs. 1
Today is the day and now the proper hour to forsake our sinful lives and turn to the Lord
Vs. 2
As high as the sky is above the earth, so high above our ways, the ways of the Lord
Vs. 3
Finding the Lord, let us cling to Him. His words, his ways lead us to life
Vs. 4
Someday we'll live in the house of God; gaze on his face and praise His name
(These are the original lyrics, not the revised text. Both sets of lyrics appear in the Breaking Bread hymnal published by OCP)

Thank you so much . I learn all songs by listening to you . God bless you .
Beautiful!! Anointing!!
Thank you for your splendid videos. You're the best! 👏👍
You're into this one, and your voice doesn't let you down.
Thank you for ALL of your music. You never let me down.
You're welcome!
They wanted to 🎤 this song my church ⛪️
I haven’t heard this song played since I was a kid in my hometown....
It's a classic. Was always one of my favorites. Someone just gave me the Glory and Praise Vol 1&2 and there are so many great songs in there that bring me back to my childhood
That’s our opening for 7 am mass tomorrow!
I love this song. ❤️ Guitar mass classic!! Still use this for opening a few times a year. 😊 So easily singable by the congregation, and some nice simple harmonies, too.
You still use it? Wow, it fell out of my rotation quite a while ago....I'm not saying you're weird, I just think it's great that there are communities out there still using it regularly!
Chris Brunelle, loooooove those St Louis Jesuits. 😊 I was so sad when they didn't update the Jesuit mass setting when the new translation came out. We still use the gospel acclamation from it, though!! 😉
Beautiful
That’s our entrance hymn for mass at 7 am tomorrow!
Thanks for including so e of the"old songs" in your repettroir. I broke into liturgical music singing with the man who is now my husband in the 80s and this was one of our favorites!
Good job
Nice job. Still sounds fresh today!
Thanks!

💞💕💞💕💞💕💞
What is the name of the other song written by Roc that uses this same tune?
Ahhhh I know what you’re talking about but I can’t think of it. I’ll see if I can look it up somehow
