I was looking for answers for some questions that a multimedia arts student would ask on UA-cam, I stumbled upon this channel on three separate videos! Insta-subbed, this channel has been helpful, I love the content, it's very informative.
When I first installed my Huion H1060P, I had serious pen pressure Issues with it in any drawing software. I thought at first I purchased what I payed for. But I sure was very wrong. I found out the pressure issue was because of my 3rd Party Xbox controller. Every time I had the 3rd Party Xbox controller plugged in, along with my Huion Tablet, I always had pen pressure issues. So without the 3rd Party Xbox controller, the Tablet works like a dream. Better than my old wacom tablets I'd say.
I saw a 'left hand' tick box, I'm glad it has this, being part of the minority of the world that is left handed, this is good :) Thanks for the review, I also subscribed as a thank you. Keep it up man
My brother just sent me this tablet, and I remembered the video you did here a couple years back, so here I am rewatching to remind myself about it all xD
Performance is very similar. Except in Photoshop, the lines don't taper as smooth compared to Wacom. If you don't use Photoshop much for drawing, performance is going to be similar.
Amy Play You might not even see and feel the difference if you are not working professionally. I think his strokes are not smooth because he turned pressure sensitivity to high. Just keep it at default and make it a little less if sketching some rough figures. Both will work fine . The only reason to use huion is the number of buttons or else you will have to use keyboard. it is better option over Intuos.
I already tried this. Cheapest. Easiest. Nice for beginner. With 8192 pressure sensivity. Very smooth when drawing. Before, using h420. Quite a struggle. Now, more happier. Thanks Mr Teoh
Hey Teoh, I love your reviews. After much thought, I need your help to decide between the 1060 Plus, and the 1060 Pro. What's a better choice? Thank-you.
Thanks because I was looking under the list and didn't see it. You saved me from having to ask this question since I didn't quite catch the name of it.
Very nice, but I'd love to see better tilt support. I've never liked Photoshop for drawing, though with some good brushes it's okay (especially with Kyle's brushes). PaintStorm Studio is $20 ($10 when on sale) and it's AMAZING for painting (replaces Corel Painter, basically). Would love to see this tablet in PaintStorm Studio. PaintStorm Studio is basically my secret weapon for all things 2D, and it even has symmetry! There's the new Huion 1060 Plus with 8192 levels of pressure-sensitivity, but I don't think it's on Amazon just yet. It is available from the Huion website, however. Nice review, thanks!
Friend, It it very confusing the fact that this tablet you show is the NEW one but it still has 2048 levels and on the website it shows 8192 levels. Is that the 3rd version?

In your opinion, do Wacom really GOOD? I am thinking of getting this Huion 1060 plus, Q11k or the Wacom Intuos comic, which one would you prefer?
+waiyi wong People go for Wacom because it's an established brand that has been around for a long time. I find Wacom alternatives to be quite good too. Performance is quite close to Wacom nowadays.

Thank you very much for the excellent and thorough review! This really helps me narrow my choices. Quick question: at the end of your review, you said the 1060 works perfectly on MacOS. Does 'perfectly' mean it works the same on the Mac as Windows - or better? I'm asking because the only drawback in the Windows review was the not-so-gradual tapering of the pen strokes in Photoshop. I'm wondering both systems have the same problem, or if Mac doesn't have the tapering problem? Thank you again for the review!
+M. Simmons Perfectly means I did not experience any glitches with the various drawing apps that I use. The apps may behave differently on different OS. Also, stroke tapering with Photoshop is a Photoshop thing. I used Medibang Paint Pro for drawing and the strokes taper nicely.
Hi Sir. I just came cross your review video about this huion. Such an awesome review. But I have a question, do you ever try to write directly from the huion, like calligraphy? Hi, I would like some opinions: I am interested in getting a drawing tablet as I want to dwell into designing, photo editing, and etc, so I would like to ask which tablet you would recommend for an extreme beginner and is worth the price. Additionally, if the tablet is able to be used with GIMP. Also, my friend had suggested that I buy the One by Wacom (CTL-472), but my eye is currently on the Huion 420 since it's portable and is quite versatile, but I am also open to other tablets. Hope to get your reply!
I recommend XP Pen Start 06, or Parblo A609. For the same price, you get a larger working area. Quality and drawing experience is comparable to Wacom tablets. www.parkablogs.com/content/review-parblo-island-a609-graphics-tablet-it-supports-tilt
+Karma's B1tch There is no need to use screen protector with this as there is no screen. If you are talking about screen tablets, you can choose a matte type screen protector. It does not affect performance.
+Teoh Yi Chie Thanks for the quick reply. The New Huion 1060PLUS is on its way and I'll be playing with it in a couple of days. It's my first tablet ever, so I'm really excited about it. Do you recommend any beginner's tutorial, or should we just start playing around?
You can just play around with it. It's a pretty straightforward product to use. Go check out the free drawing app called Medibang Paint Pro. It's great for drawing.
Adobe Illustrator and Medibang are two very different software. Illustrator is vector software meant for for design, layout, and comes with some drawing tools. Medibang is more for drawing and comes with a lot of drawing tools, brushes. Anyway, just try them all :-)
hello, I watched MANY of your videos and READ ALL THE COMMENTS! your videos are amazing. I have 2 questions: does this new HUION 1060 PLUS have many problems like Huion 610 Pro? and from where did you buy the 610 plus? so I can get the nids as well. Thank you for your support.
+makram shehab eldeen What problems are you talking about? You can check out more reviews on Amazon. This tablet can also be found on eBay. Just compare the prices.
Ive read lots of comments regarding Huion 610 Pro, watched manny videos, read the specifications on Ebay and Aliexpress and Amazon, but the people who bought it say on UA-cam that there were problems in the drivers downloaded ( it's not compatible with all programs, even if you uninstalled and re-installed it ), or the pressure sensitivity that doesnt work in some programs including photoshop, Krita, sketchbook pro... and many other problems I dont remember them all but theyre sooo many.. although Huion 610 Pro is in the Top 5 of best selling tablets 2017, maybe it gets the second position in this category, but what I have read about it gave me a headache. Theres a girl on Ebay who gave instructions of what we should do before installing and after installing its driver, ( and not just simply downloading and installing it) bas Im still worried about getting it. so I think HUION 1060 PLUS is better, although Im surprised why only few people are buying it and the rest, so many ones buying the HUION 610 PRO. I want the tablet for Adobe animate and I knew from ur comments that the 1060 Plus works fine for it. but one question left: haven't you faced any problems with the 610 PRO? coz you had it before. the prices are so close so I care for the performance and you said both are the same but I guess the PLUS is the improved version and I didn't see people nagging about it so what's your opinion? and btw thank you for your help!
Another question added to the above comment: Does the HUION 1060 PLUS have problems with the smooth lines in Adobe Animate CC like it does in photoshop? in photoshop, the problem was solved using the plugin you mentioned but I'm afraid if it there's that problem in Animate that cant be solved. can You enlighten me please?
Thank you for this thorough review, I am researching to buy a tablet, and like your reviews, as they don't get to technical (well at least I can understand what you are saying.), and are honest. Thanks.
hi there. Your video was very useful to me, because i'm going to buy this tablet for my wacom repalcement. Just one question though, will this work with Clip Paint Studio?
hi, your review very interesting for me, i think to buy this tablet, but I have some question this tablet upgraded to use with 8192 pressure. is the big difference between 2048?
Thanks for the review. Can the pen button be used like a mouse? For example, can you click and drag an image using the pen? (A review on amazon said you can't, so wanted to check before buying it!)
Clicking and dragging an image involves putting the pen tip on the surface and moving it around. So it can be done. Do you have link to that review that said it could not be done? Maybe it's referring to a specific action.
Thank you for information and honest review, will be giving a subscribe. Will use affiliate link if I purchase. I purchased Wacom Bamboo years ago, but I found issue with size of the screen, as I need more room. In regards to sketching, and drawing, will the tapering problem really affect me? I use paint tool sai, mainly.
Hi. Do you recommend this tablet for beginners who wants to get their first graphic tablet on a budget? Or should we just get a cheaper Wacom tablet like the Intuos Small ?
Hi.. I am new. I have some questions. 1. Can it be used as mouse? 2. Can it last for more than 2 years? (possibility) 3. How it is possible to draw when watching on the computer screen?
1. It can be used as mouse. 2. Not sure how long it can last. 2 years should be alright 3. After a while, you will get used to it. Many people have no problems using this way of drawing for years.
Why don't you try to practice your drawing skills using windows paint (if you're a windows user) with your mouse first. You need to look at the screen while moving your mouse, basically it can be applied to a drawing tablet. Try to get used to it first, that's what I do & there's a tutorial about it that can inspire you :)
Thanks for the in depth analysis and review. Not sure if it's still relevant now, but where do you recommend buying it from? Basheer or Huion via their own online store?
Hi I see that this tablet has a similar price than the wacom intuos draw small and is larger. What would you recommend for a beginner ? Also, I heard that the intuos draw does not have a touch functionality, could you tell me what it means ?
Touch functionality are finger gestures, such as those you use in a smartphone, e.g. pinch to zoom, scroll. Nice to have but not a deal breaker if you don't. If you use Photoshop a lot, get the Wacom. If not, the Huion works well with most other software. For the same price, you can get a larger tablet with the Huion.
Hi Teoh, does the H610 Pro have the same tapering problem in Photoshop? I saw your review on H610 but it doesn't seem to have this issue compared to the 1060Plus. I'm trying to decide which to get. Thanks.
Teoh Yi Chie at the end of the video you said that this tablet works perfectly with mac, that means the photoshop Lines glitch is not there when on a mac?, do you know if still works with EL CAPITAN? Thank you for your videos theres always something helpful here.
+Voloshyn Yuriy Get the "new 1060plus". There are more physical shortcut buttons. If not, the H610 Pro is cheaper. I am not sure If there is a H610 Pro+.
Getting this for my birthday! so excited! My good friend has one, I saw it when I went to her house. I always have drawn with a mouse ( my pfp is an example ) and she was always so confused by that. So the first time attempt with this was.. troublesome haha! It was a mess, trying to keep my hand steady. It's odd because I draw well on paper, its the same strategy pretty much.. but digital, somehow that made it difficult. My second try turned out surprisingly good.. hm. I only used it like twice on the same day.. perhaps it could really help me improve my art.
Hi I have recently bought the 1060 Plus via Amazon UK. Two things perplex me: a) Listed among the package's contents is an 8GB micro SD card - but it was not included, and b) I work using Corel CorelDRAW X8 - using PhotoPaint for pixelated image creation - but try as I might all I can use the stylus pen for is to delinate a work area to expand. The included 16-page User "Manual" is a model of brevity - in fact it's useless. So my questions: 1) Years ago I had a NISIS USB graphic tablet - could a residual (and now unidentifiable) driver be fouling the 1060's operation? 2) Does anyone produce a proper, comprehensive user manual for this tablet? 3) A week ago I e-mailed my queries to Huion support in China. Since then zip. Am I wasting my time? 4) Does the Huion 1060 Plus work with Corel PhotoPaint - if so how? So many questions... so few answers!! Thanks for any guidance Steve C
+TheSteveczyrko The Microsd card is already installed on the tablet. When you connect the tablet to the computer, it should show up as an external drive. Do uninstall the previous driver (the control panel). It should work with Corel.
I don't know if this is too much to ask, but I need to know if this tablet has any compatibility issues with the software Opentoonz. It's a free animation software that I use, but I have no idea how well supported it is. Also we both use Mac so it would be pretty definitive for me. Hope to buy this tablet soon! Thanks in advance
Great program . you mentioned getting rid of win tap driver from windows so it doesn't compete with Huion's version .How do I do this .I have win 10 version and the lag is terrible .This is a laptop with a core i5 and 8meg of ram. thanks for your youtube program , always love the show .
Hi I got this tablet last week.. do you know how I can decrease the area to draw because my monitor is smaller than the tablet and it feels odd to have the full surface
Basically , im a 3d student . I decided to buy one wacom tablet . Can i buy intuos 2018 medium or huion 1060p ?? I mostly spend my time on mari and substance painter for texturing & little bit on sculpting . Could u pls suggest gud tablet between wacom intuos 2018 r huion 1060p ?
Hi and thanks for you video, I learned a lot and I was wondering if you’d help me with something? I'm brand new to using GIMP (I’m using version 2.8 and I’ve never used Photoshop either) and a graphics tablet. I am running into a problem with my Huion dwh69 that perhaps you can advise me on. When I use my mouse within Gimp, the brush stroke (or pencil lines) I've selected displays right next to or under the cursor on my screen. However, when I use the Huion dwh69 graphic pen, the cursor and the brush stroke are no where close to each other. When I go back to using my mouse, I’m back to the cursor and brush strokes are once again in close proximity to each other. Any idea how I can stop this from occurring or why this is happening? Thanks Luc
I'm not sure what's happening. Is this specific to the Gimp? Maybe you can try installing the free Mischief Trial and Medibang Paint Pro and see if they have the misalignment problem as well. If it's specific to Gimp then it could be a software issue. If it's not specific to Gimp, then the tablet may be faulty and you should contact Huion to ask for support. Or reinstall the latest driver from their website to try first.
Hi there, I've recently gotten into graphic design and I am really confused which is best for a true beginner. I've been looking around and its been highly suggested to get the Wacom Intuos Draw tablet, but if you think this isn't adequate, please reply with a suggestion.
Thanks. ^_^ Looks like a very nice product. If I ever get into digital art I think I'll go with this brand. From what you've seen, is Huion paying attention to the reviews and customer complaints?
So is this better than the Huion H610PRO? I found a deal for each that come in a bundle with a bag and a glove, they are both only about 64$... Which do you suggest?
I've had the same tapering issue with high end Wacom tablets before, I think the problem probably lies more in the settings you have in the software you were using
Hi Teo, I have a question regarding the auto-off/standby mode for the pen when not pressed. One reviewer said the pen turns off after 4 minutes of not being pressed, but the Huion website says 10 minutes. How long is it? Can we adjust the time or turn off this function?
I actually did not know that there's a sleep mode. I've never had any problems with it auto sleeping though. Every time I use it, it always seems to be on. For example, if I leave the tablet overnight, and use it the next day, I don't have to switch on the pen. I just use the pen straightaway.
Ah I see. I was concerned because I play a rhythm game called Osu where I hover over the tablet with the pen, and so I don't want the pen sleeping in the middle of a song. I appreciate the quick reply!
For those who bought this unit, any pros and cons as of now? Im planning to get one but im worried on lag, pen issues, and compatibility issues with programs/photoshop. Beginner here.
This is how a review should be
Thanks 😁

hello, I watched MANY of your videos and READ ALL THE COMMENTS! your videos are amazing.
Ive read lots of comments regarding Huion 610 Pro, watched manny videos,
read the specifications on Ebay and Aliexpress and Amazon, but the
people who bought it say on UA-cam that there were problems in the
drivers downloaded ( it's not compatible with all programs, even if you
uninstalled and re-installed it ), or the pressure sensitivity that
doesnt work in some programs including photoshop, Krita, sketchbook
pro... and many other problems I dont remember them all but theyre sooo
many.. although Huion 610 Pro is in the Top 5 of best selling tablets
2017, maybe it gets the second position in this category, but what I
have read about it gave me a headache. Theres a girl on Ebay who gave
instructions of what we should do before installing and after installing
its driver, ( and not just simply downloading and installing it) bas Im
still worried about getting it. so I think HUION 1060 PLUS is better,
although Im surprised why only few people are buying it and the rest, so
many ones buying the HUION 610 PRO. I want the tablet for Adobe animate
and I knew from ur comments that the 1060 Plus works fine for it. but
one question left: haven't you faced any problems with the 610 PRO? coz
you had it before. the prices are so close so I care for the performance
and you said both are the same but I guess the PLUS is the improved
version and I didn't see people nagging about it so what's your opinion?
and btw thank you for your help!
1 month later still no awnse ==r ahahah
Thank you for this thorough review, I am researching to buy a tablet, and like your reviews, as they don't get to technical (well at least I can understand what you are saying.), and are honest. Thanks.
Thanks ヾ(⌐■_■)ノ♪
hi there. Your video was very useful to me, because i'm going to buy this tablet for my wacom repalcement.
Just one question though, will this work with Clip Paint Studio?
+Erik TheGamer Yes it will work
Thanks! Definitely will buy it!
hi, your review very interesting for me, i think to buy this tablet, but I have some question this tablet upgraded to use with 8192 pressure. is the big difference between 2048?
+Sergo Smurnoj I can't tell between 2000 and 8000 levels of pressure
I'm thinking of using Krita in Linux, and wondering if there are appropriate drivers available for the New Huion 1060 plus. Thanks for the review Teoh
I've no experience with Linux. You've got to contact Huion for that. Or check out Linux forums.
Would you recommend this over XP Pens Deco Pro?
Thank u man I'm probably getting this in a few days
Its the pen and tab still works until now?
Thanks for the review. Can the pen button be used like a mouse? For example, can you click and drag an image using the pen? (A review on amazon said you can't, so wanted to check before buying it!)
Clicking and dragging an image involves putting the pen tip on the surface and moving it around. So it can be done. Do you have link to that review that said it could not be done? Maybe it's referring to a specific action.
Thanks for the prompt response. Here is the link:
www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R19MDIY83MEQC6/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B01FTE9HS2
I guess my question, more specifically is, what are the two buttons on the pen for? Are they for left click and right click as in a mouse?
Oh, you cannot click the pen button and drag at the same time.
The two buttons can be set to various functions, like different mouse clicks, or keyboard shortcuts.
+Just Games I don't use Paint Tool Sai so I can't say much. I found the tapering effect to be mostly a Photoshop issue.
Hi. Do you recommend this tablet for beginners who wants to get their first graphic tablet on a budget?
Or should we just get a cheaper Wacom tablet like the Intuos Small ?
This is better because for the same price, you get a larger drawing area. Performance is not very different from Wacom.
@@teohyc Alright. Thank you so much for your fast respond.
thanks for this so much helpful info and even some tips and stuff I learned using programs etc.
Is this the best of the Huion tablets?
+FlorinU One of the better ones. For wireless, check out Q11K or G10T 2nd generation.
Thanks for the reply! How does it compare to the H610 Pro? Which is newer/better?
He has another video where he recommend H1060 over H610
Wacom has lots of bug on Windows..cannot be found..but they wont drop the price.
Will it work if I put a sheet of paper with a design on it on top of the pad and trace-over it?
It works
Nice review. Thank you.
+Jeysson Arias Thanks 😁
Hi.. I am new. I have some questions.
1. Can it be used as mouse?
2. Can it last for more than 2 years? (possibility)
3. How it is possible to draw when watching on the computer screen?
1. It can be used as mouse.
2. Not sure how long it can last. 2 years should be alright
3. After a while, you will get used to it. Many people have no problems using this way of drawing for years.
Teoh Yi Chie thnx for ur fast response
Why don't you try to practice your drawing skills using windows paint (if you're a windows user) with your mouse first. You need to look at the screen while moving your mouse, basically it can be applied to a drawing tablet. Try to get used to it first, that's what I do & there's a tutorial about it that can inspire you :)
How do you change the wireless settings for the tablet & the pen. It becomes annoying to have the wires always. Kindly let me know how its done :)
so which is the best tablet to buy for windows less than 100$????
Huion 1060 Plus, Parblo A609, XP Pen Deco 06
Very good! Maybe you can try to create and paint with 10moons Graphic Tablet
Couldn't you just adjust the curves to correct the tapering issues?
Is this tablet good to work with ZBrush and Blender? 🤔🤔🤔
Hi Teoh, what would you pick between Huion new 1060 plus or Xp-pen deco 03. I need to decide before tomorrow.
It looks like the dial can be used to change brush sizes so that's going to be very convenient. So probably Deco 03
Thanks for the in depth analysis and review. Not sure if it's still relevant now, but where do you recommend buying it from? Basheer or Huion via their own online store?
You can buy from anywhere where it sells. Just compare the prices.
Works good with paintoolsai?
I'm thinking of buying this just for digital design, I plan to use more paintoolsai than any other program.
Thank you.
+Tales Müller Vavassori Paint Tool Sai works fine.
Hi
I see that this tablet has a similar price than the wacom intuos draw small and is larger.
Is it better than Wacom Bamboo? I've used this Wacom Bamboo for about 5 years now. I've been thinking about getting a new tablet.
+Mira Re I would say it's about the same. Nowadays graphic tablets are mostly quite good regardless of brand. There is stiff competition
how do i replace the battery? I 've been tryna find a way to remove/.twist the pen somehow
Hi Teoh, does the H610 Pro have the same tapering problem in Photoshop? I saw your review on H610 but it doesn't seem to have this issue compared to the 1060Plus. I'm trying to decide which to get. Thanks.
You can just go for H610 Pro
Teoh Yi Chie at the end of the video you said that this tablet works perfectly with mac, that means the photoshop Lines glitch is not there when on a mac?, do you know if still works with EL CAPITAN? Thank you for your videos theres always something helpful here.
+Alex Parada Yes, for some reason none of the Huion glitches are on the Mac
Thank u very much for ur fast response my find!
Hello! I can't decide between two models Huion 1060 PRO+ and Huion H610 PRO.
What you think about it. What tablet better???
+Voloshyn Yuriy Get the "new 1060plus". There are more physical shortcut buttons. If not, the H610 Pro is cheaper. I am not sure If there is a H610 Pro+.
Excellent review and it's really helpful. Thank you very much Yi Chie :)
It will take time to get used to it. Artists who create digital art probably all use such tablets in the past
+Teoh Yi Chie Indeed
Hi
I have recently bought the 1060 Plus via Amazon UK. Two things perplex me:
a) Listed among the package's contents is an 8GB micro SD card - but it was not included, and
b) I work using Corel CorelDRAW X8 - using PhotoPaint for pixelated image creation - but try as I might all I can use the stylus pen for is to delinate a work area to expand.
The included 16-page User "Manual" is a model of brevity - in fact it's useless.
So my questions:
1) Years ago I had a NISIS USB graphic tablet - could a residual (and now unidentifiable) driver be fouling the 1060's operation?
2) Does anyone produce a proper, comprehensive user manual for this tablet?
3) A week ago I e-mailed my queries to Huion support in China. Since then zip. Am I wasting my time?
4) Does the Huion 1060 Plus work with Corel PhotoPaint - if so how?
So many questions... so few answers!! Thanks for any guidance
Steve C
+TheSteveczyrko The Microsd card is already installed on the tablet. When you connect the tablet to the computer, it should show up as an external drive.
Do uninstall the previous driver (the control panel).
It should work with Corel.
I don't know if this is too much to ask, but I need to know if this tablet has any compatibility issues with the software Opentoonz. It's a free animation software that I use, but I have no idea how well supported it is. Also we both use Mac so it would be pretty definitive for me. Hope to buy this tablet soon! Thanks in advance
Huion 1060plus or Huion h950?
Hi! I've been thinking what should i buy for my first tablet, Huion 1060plus or Xp pen deco 1 v2?
They both have same drawing experience so just get the design you like better
@@teohyc what about deco 1 v2, deco 3 or deco 6? Hehe
This huion and xp pen star 06 which one is better???????????? And the gaomon m160k too?
Very informative! Thanks a bunch. I got this tablet and it is on its way. :)
Great program . you mentioned getting rid of win tap driver from windows so it doesn't compete with Huion's version .How do I do this .I have win 10 version and the lag is terrible .This is a laptop with a core i5 and 8meg of ram. thanks for your youtube program , always love the show .
+alan lilke If it lags with Photoshop, try pressing the Capslock key and then draw. If it is other software that lag, just Google "Uninstall wintab"
Wait... how the heck do u uninstall the Wintab driver? Please help me, I'm getting the tablet soon and really need to know. Please.🙂
Hi I got this tablet last week.. do you know how I can decrease the area to draw because my monitor is smaller than the tablet and it feels odd to have the full surface
Hi! Please tell me what is best to buy? HUION 1060 PRO +, Huion H610 Pro, Parblo A610, XP-Pen Star 03 or XP-Pen Star 04? Thanks!
I've only used Huion before so I suggest the HUION 1060 PLUS for more shortcut buttons.
Cheaper to get Huion. Both will work the same.
is that having any driver issues while using newer version of softwares ??
Hi and thanks for you video, I learned a lot and I was wondering if you’d help me with something?
I'm brand new to using GIMP (I’m using version 2.8 and I’ve never used Photoshop either) and a graphics tablet. I am running into a problem with my Huion dwh69 that perhaps you can advise me on.
When I use my mouse within Gimp, the brush stroke (or pencil lines) I've selected displays right next to or under the cursor on my screen. However, when I use the Huion dwh69 graphic pen, the cursor and the brush stroke are no where close to each other. When I go back to using my mouse, I’m back to the cursor and brush strokes are once again in close proximity
to each other. Any idea how I can stop this from occurring or why this is happening?
Thanks
Luc
I'm not sure what's happening. Is this specific to the Gimp? Maybe you can try installing the free Mischief Trial and Medibang Paint Pro and see if they have the misalignment problem as well. If it's specific to Gimp then it could be a software issue. If it's not specific to Gimp, then the tablet may be faulty and you should contact Huion to ask for support. Or reinstall the latest driver from their website to try first.
What is the difference between this version and the older one, performance-wise ?
No significant differences when it comes to drawing.. It's just minor physical design changes.
Thanks for the reply. ☺️
Great review. Mind if you can review Huion h640p. It's only $50 and seems promising. Thank you.
Hi there, I've recently gotten into graphic design and I am really confused which is best for a true beginner. I've been looking around and its been highly suggested to get the Wacom Intuos Draw tablet, but if you think this isn't adequate, please reply with a suggestion.
+Elizabeth Marie Orcine Watts You can get either. They are equally good. Just the price is different.
Very nice review, thank you for uploading! :)
Thanks. ^_^ Looks like a very nice product. If I ever get into digital art I think I'll go with this brand. From what you've seen, is Huion paying attention to the reviews and customer complaints?
+James Barton I am not sure of their customer service. Perhaps you can check out the forums bbs.huiontablet.com/
Will do. Looks they've made some improvements from the last model.
can i use this huion tablet for online teaching purpose
So is this better than the Huion H610PRO? I found a deal for each that come in a bundle with a bag and a glove, they are both only about 64$... Which do you suggest?
+NerdSane Gaming (Bri) I like 1060plus because there are more physical shortcut buttons on the tablet.
I've had the same tapering issue with high end Wacom tablets before, I think the problem probably lies more in the settings you have in the software you were using
Sometimes it depends on the software as well. Some software just taper so much smoother, and the lines are smoother too.
12:27 what's the name of this software. And 13:18. Sorry I have audition disorder and you have not subtitle.
Great video btw

Teoh Yi Chie Thank you!
Is there a better one? If there is can u tell me what?
You can find the latest tablet reviews at www.parkablogs.com/tags/drawing-tablet-reviews
