      it was tolerable back then. Now whenever I watch Harimoto I have to mute that shit. His screamy shouting now got 6 times louder and twice as long, cant stand that shit

      @@kayapolori8779 Especially not, because sportspersons consider skill and ability as top markers, not age. Age is certainly responsible for enhancing those skills but if an opponent has a higher skill then the person won't keep the thoughts focussed on age so much.

      I have lost to an 11 year old that I trained myself. I'm no player but I'm a good casual player. I'm actually proud of it coz I think I'm better trainer than I'm a teacher.

    Jens Lundqvist kept going to the reverse pendulum serve but wasn't quite effective with it in this game. Harimoto is nothing but aggressive, luv it.

    You can lose to kids and you can lose to women (if you are a man).
    This is table tennis, it humbles you, but you love it so much that you keep playing it.

    Funny how the old guy with longer legs and more reach misses so many points by bad positioning and great placement of Harimoto yet he never managed to use Harimotos size to his advantage. Not a single time.

    Please don't make a big issue of the age in this sport. This is not clean and jerk weight lifting or Body building where age plays a big part. This is essentially a skills sport with some stress on fitness. Harimoto was good enough to beat that guy on that day, end of the story.

    Considering just 11 years young, Harimoto definitely played amazing. However, Lundqvist didn't even play at par with a local/city level match.

    I saw the match live in Örebro. It was strange seeing a child winning over an experienced player. You could tell that Jens thought it was humiliating and I think he was feeling the pressure of a "should win match".

    Anyone know why Lundqvist was awarded the 10-10 point in the second game? Looks like out from Lundqvist to me but the umpire points to Harimoto and awards Lundqvist the point. At 2.55.

      Edge ball after bouncing off the net, hidden by Harimoto's body. Umpires usually point the finger at the table in those cases and so do the players in case the umpires fail to spot it.
      It's international TT sign language. 😁

      I don't know man. I found it cute. This normal choing was very different from the screaming that he does now a days. What happened in this match was really cute and delightful to hear. But now he just screams like a dying animal. If he just fixes that, in no time the whole world will start supporting him because skill wise, he is one of the most talented people on Earth. Just has a little bit attitude problem.
