You did a wonderful job of making it your own, but I've got to give a special shout out to whomever was your "engineer" - There are many versions of this where the pianist is swimming in its own reverb. - While your tempo felt too fast, it all was crystal clear.
Her intonation had no issue, sure it could use improvement but you could say that about pretty much any violinist. They problem is how she changed up the tune and I'm guessing since you didn't know the difference between tune and intonation, you aren't that pro a violinist either. So you don't have a right to judge her. She is great at it
@@MayaanDaniel a person doesn’t need to learn an instrument to tell if a melody is pleasing or not. If you can’t hear it, I think it’s your problem not mine XD

@@MayaanDaniel again, if you can’t tell some of the intonations of the 32th notes are off, that’s your problem and your opinion as well :) By no means I was undermining her skills, I was just sharing a concern as an audience. Given this video was posted 5yrs ago, I’m pretty sure she can nail this piece now and getting feedback is a good way one improves. I didn’t mean to offend her in anyway, and I just wanted to share my experience. You are way too defensive to make this discussion worth my time but I do hope you don’t take this personally :)
