BrawlerBlade is BACK! Torc Build! PvP NIGHTBLADE BRAWLER!

This is my guide to building a PvP Nightblade Brawler build on Elder Scrolls Online. This is an open combat nightblade that is no where near perfect. But is for front lining and open combat. Using the Torc of the Last Ayleid King we are able to bring this build into NO CP as well.
