I never believe any of these videos are “realistic” when there is an ad for some type of food or meal service

Totally hear what you're saying - but if a company was sending you free high quality food would you eat it until it was gone or just throw it away? (obviously being paid to talk about it aside, I'm just saying it probably IS realistic that you eat the free food products that are sent to you on a regular basis)

This is you tube in order to run a channel which takes a lot of hours to edit and several days to film you need to make some sort of income at some point so when brands reach out you pick and choose who you want to work with and weather you want to mention them or weather they sponsor your entire video without this you wouldn’t be watching the quality of videos that are now right here sponsors allow you tubers to pass on quite large discounts to us to use and it’s nice to hear someone’s feedback on how it cooks tastes etc I think your very unrealistic about you tube it’s not a hobby for most it’s an actual business just like other social media and on numerous occasions I’ve heard Brittany state that she’s not a fan of somethings but loves other flavours etc on protein bars etc and she’s quite a foodie cooks a lot works out does recipes food hauls aswell as other content as a product tester myself my opinion is always honest I never accept things I’m not a fan of and if I don’t like something I send it back and decline to film content because honestly lying about a product isn’t good for you or the company and Brittany is on a level that she can pic and choose who she works with and probably never has to be dishonest she probably has an inbox full of sponsors and pics what’s suitable for her lifestyle otherwise it wouldn’t work

I’m not saying she didn’t eat or enjoy the food but these particular videos that ANYONE makes seem to always include something they’ve been paid to talk about. Most of these what I eat In a day isn’t accurate since the companies don’t pay for her to eat it every day every month etc.. does that make sense

I get that, at the same time a company wanted to work with, I like their products, and even went and bought more with my own money! I’ll never promote a company I don’t like! Ever! As far as the rest of the food, it’s as realistic as it gets! ❤

You shouldn’t focus on nutrient facts as much as you should focus on ingredients/ chemicals. So much more protein could come from Whole Foods.. I often do a lettuce wrapped burger.
Your dinner was a wonderful example of this!! 😊 instead of all the supplement drinks.. try eggs for breakfast.. ( it’s a slow release protein and will help balance your hormones- especially bc your coffee raised your cortisol slightly bc you didn’t add a fat to it… ( dairy free option would be Canned coconut milk ( Trader Joe’s- no gums in it) with maple syrup and perfect supplements collagen powder. You’re balancing blood sugar and getting extra protein in.
Try perfect supplements collagen powder ( it’s a clean protein powder they even have a chocolate one) it doesn’t have stevia or fake sugar in it. Fake sugar actually makes you hold on to weight. Sugar isn’t bad for you. Refined sugar is. Unrefined sugar like coconut sugar, maple syrup & honey are all great sources of Whole Foods sugar.
A great person to learn about all this from is Emily she has a program called balanced babe blueprint- she’s very fit and eats for hormone health. She also has a podcast. She teaches women how to balance their hormones and cycles while gaining muscle by eating Whole Foods. I’d highly suggest checking her out. She’s doesn’t eat perfect- but she strives for clean eating and teaches you how to do this. She also gives a lot of clean dairy free options.
    She has a Instagram too.
The Catalina crunch has stevia and monk fruit in it which just makes you hungrier.. it also has sunflower oil in it which is highly inflammatory. sure it has protein in it.. but you could just have a couple of eggs with homemade cereal.. like make your own granola or just buy a healthier version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch- or buy a cinnamon granola. Or make your own cinnamon granola.

I love apple nachos! I was introduced to them when I started Weight Watchers. I use Smuckers sugar free caramel sauce and sugar free whipped cream. Still delicious, but a little healthier.
    Loved the video!!
