Definitely cheaper to go in the store yourself! Even their pick up at store you pay more. As a mom of 7 I shop aldi for almost everything some things I can’t get there but i cut my grocery bill in half since I started shopping there years ago! You guys gotta try their fresh take and bake cheese pizzas! They are my families favorite and they’re huge.
The flatbread pizzas are delicious!!!
Love Aldi in the UK so much cheaper than other supermarkets xx
Aldi lover here but I’ve always heard people say Aldi is NOT an “off brand” or not name brand. It’s just a different brand because it’s German. I’ve also heard their beauty products like face cream is way better because Germany has much stricter regulations on ingredients than we do.
You guys have so much deer meat, what meals are you planning for the whole fam?
They have fun seasonal items. The maple creme cookies are banging. I personally like their chips, some people don't. The organic options are excellent. I hear mixed reviews on the pizza you got, excited to see what you think. Hope you enjoy!! Aldi is a fun place, you'll definitely have to go in person and check it out. Sometimes they have plants for cheap, usually a decent selection too.
They have amazing charcuterie snacks too. Great cheeses plus cold cuts and crackers, dips, spreads, etc.
Looks like a great variety of groceries. We don’t have Aldi where I live.
I like the chicken salad from aldi. Panera bread soup is good too.
My Aldi s produce are not the best. But you can definitely save and I love that you don’t get overwhelmed with choices. And yes lots of companies just switch boxes or one ingredient so it’s not to obvious
You will not be disappointed with those flatbread pizzas, they are delicious! I’m so jealous you found the thick cut pepperoni, my Aldi never has them 😏
Aldi is doing price rewind to 2019 prices for thanksgiving items :) I love love love Aldi. FYI Aldi owns Trader Joe’s same items way cheaper items.
I Heard the same thing that Aldi Owns Trader joe’s 😊
Actually they are not the same
Aldi comes from Germany and was founded by two brothers. They eventually split the business into Aldi Nord and Aldi Süd. Trader Joe’s is owned by Aldi Nord and the Aldi (US) is owned by Aldi Süd
My boyfriend and I love Aldi’s take and bake pizzas! They’re so delicious and they even have a really good cauliflower crust one now too!
Their Brioche breads are really good. So are the Turtles that you got. So much more flavor than the goldfish. If you love Hellman’s Mayo, try their Mayo, ketchup, mustard too! I’m a snob when it comes to Mayo. It can be hit or miss sometimes! Ive fallen in love with things only to find they stop carrying them!
Next time find the donut sticks in the refrigerator section.....your kids will love them! Their wine is really good, and their bakery items are good as well
Love ALDI! You definitely need to go in person and check everything out especially the “aisle of shame” with all the different home items/decor! With their brands they don’t put any food dyes so it’s all natural ingredients which I love! The bread they have is always super soft and fresh.
Totally disagree as I think it’s the worse store and I would not feed that food to my dog.
You just think it was inexpensive compared to other stores. You paid between 10-15% more using Instacart instead of going into the store. Aldi had their own brand of Cheez-it’s. Save your old box and put the wrapper from the Aldi box in it.
The chicken salad is BOMB! Also you HAVE to try the burgers… idk why but Aldi burgers (fresh- not frozen) are the best!!!
Girl get you a rice cooker. You just throw rice and water, turn it on and you have rice in 20 mins. And it's the perfect rice. You don't have to to stir or anything, it just cooks right up
I’m loving all these uploads from you. Highlight of my day! I put my daughter to bed, get a snack and just relax and it’s the best thing ever 😂
Good grocery shopping haul
ALDIs tends to over price their name brand item, IMO. So I’d shop else where for those! I loveee Aldi’s lightly salted rice cakes, nuts and organic pasta sauce!!
Just a tip to reduce cost of the mini muffins, would the kids eat them if you made a bunch from a mix and had a mini muffin tin?
And for those saying it isn’t ‘relatable’ to order insta cart. She’s a mom of 5. She’s also helping many individuals who might be hurting with inflation by ordering through instacart.. the store (all the workers there earning wages on the money she’s spending), the shopper… both making money to help them??? I don’t see the issue.
Not to mention she’s doing mankind a favor by being cautious and staying home to take care of her son. JD
Haha I’m dying when you said you didn’t need to order 3 shells and cheese!! Girl food that your kids love buy 2 for now and 2 for later! Always! 🙌🏽 that salted Carmel with some apples or even as a warm dip sound so good
I love Aldi and try fit and active cookies which is 100 calories and Aldi brand cheez it is basely same as name brand Cheez it.
I am loving all of your uploads!!! Love all your content
I shop at Aldi but in the UK there is no delivery. Love Aldi but I absolutely hate the check out as they throw the food at you it feels like. The food is always nice though and the fruit/veg lasts waaayy longer
Little psa I work for Instacart and we are not allowed to leave the receipt with customers due to scams and people saying we add stuff without approval etc. (instacarts policy) so you’ll never get a receipt.
Here in Australia I shop between two different supermarkets and Aldi is always one of them. It can be a bit hit and miss, some of their products are great and have become staples in our house and others are just awful 😂 I probably do about half of my fortnight’s shopping there and you definitely save money. Loving all the content you guys are putting out lately 💗
The Buffalo chicken flatbread is delicious too!
I stopped in to say, if you can I would make your next Aldi haul an in person shop. Thre is so much to see and so many choices to find. The cheese and spread section is just amazing beyond any other store even Trader Joes (Even though a set of brothers own both stores) they tend to have a lot of the same item just different branding. Aldis is my go to store. You are correct in saying a lot of the item are the same as named brand in just a different package.
Love all these vlogs going up!! Yay! I find your vlogs very motivating, plus you have such a gorgeous family xx
Thank you so much 🥹❤️
Someone tell me why I always thought Aldi was a fancy expensive healthy store 😂 I’ve never been. Now I want to go.
It used to be a store for "poor people". I've been going there since I was a child and classmates, my grandmother, would judge you for going there. "You must be poor". Part of me is happy it's getting popular and part of me is like no, go away. 😂 it's an experience, go at least once. Make sure you "caw caw" while you're there.
Aldi has a jalapeño pecan smoked kielbasa and it is soooo good. I slice it up on a cookie sheet with veggies or throw it in with pasta. Also in the fresh meat section they have a rotisserie seasoned turkey breast. Yummy!
So I don't know if it's the same in the US but in Germany many "no name" or store brands are made it the exact same factory as the brand products. You can check the labels for more information or probably the internet. There are exceptions of course
Some factories (not owned by specific brands/companies) produce the same product under different labels for different companies. Can be exactly the same, can be a bit different. Like canned veggies. Name brand gets first pick and store brand gets seconds. Sometimes the recipe is different. Sometimes there is no difference. They have that in the US too. In Germany, a factory is often owned by a specific brand/company and they produce their own stuff and then also produce for others. Haven't really noticed a difference between the buttermilk and cookies. I think they are pretty much the same. The tea is different though. Aldi's version of this one tea I like has more apple (cheaper) and less fig (more expensive). Meßmer's original blend has more fig and less apple. I checked the labels and it tastes a bit different. Aldi used to sell two versions of this tea. I never like the cheapest version. I did like the sightly more expensive one, which cost just over half of Meßmer's original price.
Aldis is the best! All of their bakery items you can’t really go wrong with- we love the cinnamon brioche for making French toast. I also really love their quartet hummus thing 👌🏻! There’s lots of great items at aldis. Go in store next time if you can- it’s kinda fun lol! 😂❤
I definitely plan to! 🙌🏼 thank you so much for the recommendation!! ❤️
A lot of groceries.... Enjoy shopping.... ...
Yeah a person can make homemade guac but Aldi's is excellent!!
This is what I’m talking about this is my favorite grocery store 🥰 I keep our family of 4 (+4 inhome daycare kids 5 days a week) fed for under $150 a week including snack 🤪 I’m always so proud to say that lol
they have a tomato basil chicken breast (raw) that is so good and I also like their frozen dessert options and the chocolate mouse !
Aldi is amazing! Next time definitely go into the store so you can really see everything. The app doesn’t do it justice! Just like Trader Joe’s, you really have to meander around and look at ev.er.y.thing!
I love Aldi's!! You get more for your money!
I definitely noticed that! Officially a fan! 👏🏼
They have their own knock off version of “sweet baby rays” bbq sauce and it’s like 99 cents. It tastes just like the name brand. Same with their brand of Olive Garden Italian dressing. Much cheaper and tastes the same. Should try it
Coming from a former ALDIs employee do not buy name brands from Aldi if you can avoid it most times they’re more expensive (coke and Starbucks coffee for example) but I loveeeee ALDIs
Their flatbread pizzas are really good. I think they have a Buffalo chicken one too. The chicken salad you got is one of my favorites. For a sweet treat their salted caramel truffles or bites are delicious! Things change so often so sometimes you just have to go and look.
With them it is price per oz for 90% of there things some things are way cheaper with other stores when you add coupons and rebate apps. Just to be aware. Love the hauls.
And YES you are right most things are named brands slapped with there logos. You can tell by where it is manufactured at. I worked at a grocery store and worked at the distribution plants as well.
Definitely the freeze dried mangos, all the different cheese are great and the chocolates. Be really careful with the fruit and veg. I can never get it from our Aldi but I’m in Tx. They go bad real fast! Everything else is really comparable and cheaper.
Usually when I go most of the meat is gone, so no comment on the meat. They also have good macaroni salad that’s mild my kids love!
Great hall!!!
I shop at aldi every week! I just tried a tomato Parmesan soup in like a glass jar from aldi and it’s the best tomato soup I’ve ever had! Definitely worth a try!
I love seeing what you buy. I don’t have an Aldi near me at all. Mostly shop at Walmart they have great food prices! Thank you for sharing!
I love the brand of yogurt especially the coconut and tropical fruit
We are a huge Aldi family! You will have to try their store brand of canned cinnamon rolls 🤤
Here in the U.K., Aldi is incredibly affordable ! I love shopping there
Aldi is the best! Their cheeto knock offs are not good i do not suggest getting them again. You have to try their chocolate though! It is so good
I love Aldi!! We save so much money there. Our staples from there that I buy every time are the kids snacks (lots of the ones you bought), the fajita size flour tortillas for tacos, the cheese & garlic croutons, their organic Caesar salad dressing, and the organic marinara sauce. Also their bread/baked goods are always really great, get your Hawaiian rolls there, they’re so much cheaper and taste exactly the same 👌🏻 and I love shopping there for all the goodies for charcuterie boards, they really have a perfect selection for that, as well as beer and wine 👏🏻👏🏻 you should go into the store next time if you can! The Aldi Finds aisles are so fun 😉
Not sure it you like goat cheese or not but the blueberry vanilla goat cheese is so good from Aldi!
Their bakery breads are really good and they have so many varieties of cheeses/meats for charcuterie boards.
Funny to see Aldi in America. Greetings from Germany
The spices are a dollar a bottle the ones with the red cabs are McCormick
If you like string cl cheese we think ALDIs taste the best!
Aldi Salmon is the best. Its the only Salmon we use in our house 🤣
IT'S TOUCH AND GO WITH ALDIES SOME ARE NOT SO GOOD TASTE THEY DO HAVE A LOT THAT ARE OKAY THOUGH Elle
Love ALDIs!! You got alot of great things
Go in store a lot better prices and you get feel for everything. Can goods are amazing deal there.
Off brand stuff is pretty much like name brand stuff. But some of the off brand stuff is nasty🤮
Can we have a chili recipe? Mine never turns out great!! :(
I went once because of all the hype but half the stuff I got I honestly didn’t like. I was super bummed because I saved so much money. Let me know if you recommend anything you got today !
I like their syrup, dairy quality is good, dips are good, sweets are usually good, breads are great.
Love this haul! Feels like you got more this time for less
I agree!!! 🙌🏼
Yay!! I do Aldi hauls all the time if you need tips on what to get. You will save so much money!
Notice the twice as nice on the packages. You try something if you don’t like it you can take it back and get a replacement and a refund.. I worked there so I just tell new people that.
The Aldi chips aren’t the greatest. We love the organic nacho chips though with the aldi brand Salsa con queso. Sooo good and the queso doesn’t have MSG unlike so many other brands. Aldi food steers away from preservatives and dyes. I wouldn’t often buy name brand items at Aldi; they tend to cost more than at other stores because Aldi wants to encourage you buying from their brands only.
Cracks me up when people constantly add an “s” at the end of ALDI. You don’t say you are going to Walmart’s or Target’s do you? 😂
Retrain your brain.
My favorite thing I recently got is their salsa! They have so many flavors but I got just the plain restaurant style. Also DONUT STICKS!!!!!
Yes ALDI Finally landed in the States. Cheers from Germany😜👌🏻
aldi has been in the states since 1976
@@lex2863 I thought it was just now swapping over as influencers are now all into aldi
So excited to watch this haul!❤️❤️
They have a huge cheese selection
ALDI & Walmart are my go to when I go grocery shopping! 🛒🛍️ Their brand literally tastes the same as the actual name brand stuff & it's more inexpensive! Great haul, hope feel better! 🙏🏻♥️
Oh yea aldis saves!!!!!!!! Did meal prep for a family of 6 stuck to the same meal plan every 2 weeks did and order at Walmart came out $300
Then did the same shop at aldis $200
I was like 🫣 I need to stick to aldis!!! Lol
I like buying the organic grass fed hamburger, the organic spaghetti sauce- only 1.89 with clean ingredients. Organic orange juice
Aww bless his heart I hope Nolan feels better soon. Its great you buy healthy things and your kids love them.
You are correct around some product being the same as name brand we have a of crisps called hula hoops here in the uk and our aldi own brand is made in the exact same factory
I have fun shopping at Aldi, even if sometimes you get a product that's a flop. Their bakery items are ALWAYS good. I also like buying produce there. Cottage cheese is good too. Sometimes its a little frustrating because things come and go so much.
You need toale a trip to Aldi's and look at the fun junk aisle. They slways have Holiday things.
They have fried Ravioli thats pretty yummy, the cheese spreads are amazing, get the bars of chocolate 🍫 and try some yummy German chocolate 😋
I feel like it’s the same I work at a name brand food manufacturing company and we make food for Aldi same stuff different label
Try Aldi cinnamon buns..the ones in the bakery department...OMG so so good!!
I love your grocery haul so much. And aldi is a great place to shop. I just wish you wouldn’t say AldiS lol.
Umm be careful with that bacon, it looks a bit discolored and it looks like it's no longer vacuum sealed, so smell it before cooking it. Juuust in case because sometimes Aldi meats can be iffy, not always, but sometimes 😳
I know alot of people really like Aldi but when I was in Texas I went to shop to see the hype and I walked right back out. Flies everywhere and discolored meat nahhhhhh😭
The pre marinated carnitas are the best. Can make tacos, burrito bowls. So yummy and always cheap
Is it true that in America you don’t have fizzy lemonade? We have lemonade but it’s very similar to sprite!
The mama brand pizzas at Aldi's are so good. We love their calzones! Panara broccoli cheese soup is my favorite!
I usually only shop at Aldi for school snacks I’m a food city girl! I got boneless chicken breast from Aldi before and it had bones in it. Never again
Their mini pizza crusts are so good! The only meat I buy there is deli meats or chicken. The others taste weird to us
More Aldi hauls! I haven't been there and everyone always tells me to go... guess I'll have to now!
Hi Brittany i just so absolutely love your channel so very very much i love you.
You are right about the fact they slap their label on some of the exact same stuff that’s name brand! Not everything, but some things!
My mom always said great value brand at Walmart was just name brand slapped with their logo haha
Definitely go in to an aldi sometime! Its a totally different experience lol
We love to use that two good yogurt in our smoothies- it makes the smoothies soo creamy. My kids love the strawberry one.
Aldi used to be even cheaper 😢
Aldi’s have good price for snack and fruits which we go threw a lot !
love it there
💜💜💜💜💜
Yes love Aldi!!!!
