Do you have a video on replacing the front struts on 2015 W166 ML250?

My ML 350 2015 (W166) is going low , lowering down on rear side when i leave and comeback , I see it so low, as soon as I turn on or open the door, it will raise up, is this a settings issue or my air absorbers are leaking or down

Great video. Can we see a 2017+ Audi Q7 maintenance series? I have a 2018 Q7 3.0T you can use to film the series.

Thank you! We plan on providing maintenance series on many different makes and models in which we will be sure the 2017+ Audi Q7 is one of them!

Great video, thanks Kyle! I’m a bit horrified at how expensive the replacement parts are for x166 chassis.

Very informative video thank you. I seem to have developed a creak in my GL X166 suspension when going over bumps. I am so not excited at the endless possibilities.

Did you find the source of the problem. I'm a new W166 owner and have a similar issue. Sway bar links seem to be a common cause. Would have thought they would have been more emphasized here. Great video still.

Which air strut does Mercedes ML350 use ? I mean is it Arnott , Bilstein or Sachs ? Thanks !

    Hi Kyle,
I enjoyed watching your videos! Very well done- thank you. I do have a few questions for you.
I have 2013 ML 63 and planning to replace the front air structs, upper control arms, lower control arms, front sway bar links, and front axles.
I having issues finding torques specs for the items listed above. Would you happen to the specs or could you recommend a book/manual or software I can purchase for the torque specs?
    Thanks.

Awesome video but a lot of the bushings you said were “deteriorated” really don’t look that bad that will warrant a change. Yes worn, but not deteriorated…if it’s making noise then of course. Changing all the bushings every 60k miles is a bold statement though. Sway Bar links definitely…but control arm bushings, etc….not at all. But at least you do say to check your vehicle to make sure you need them.

What a great overview! Recently picked up a high milage W166 and have a feeling I'm going to have a shop press weekend. lol! Debating if I should go Sachs or Bilstein B4's for shocks. I'll reach out to your techs

Happy wrenching, either option will be great for the W166!

My rear suspension broken around 75k on 2012 ML350. Really pathetic that the Germans made delicate darling for something considered as an off road vehicle. Labor on W166 was through the roof!

European cars have a series of defects that constantly come to light during use.
