The Victron MultiPlus Charger/Inverter is a combined inverter and charger with many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology and many integration features. The model I installed was a 24v/3000/70A. There are many variations to this model but they instal and configure in a very similar way.
Although the VESmart Dongle lets you control the MultiPlus via bluetooth, it does not allow you to configure/program the unit. For this you need a VE MK-3 Bus Interface Dongle which allows you to connect the MultiPlus to a computer for configuration/programming and firmware updates. This dongle physically plugs into your MultiPlus but does not does not work via bluetooth.
