Dear Women, be your best version always, don't give up your career, passion or Business to be a full time housewife, it hardly pays, it messes with self worth, you will be over used, taken for granted, Don't lose yourself for Marriage and childcare. My thoughts exactly. There is nothing wrong in enjoying the season of motherhood especially when they are little as they will not always need your presence once they get to a certain age. The man needs to understand that the task and support where necessary.

It in this case the woman isn’t the major problem other than the man. I always say it makes no sense that people can’t work together when the person is worth it unless your wife is a dead case or an unreasonable person. Most women don’t just let their original selves go because they want to but because they have to be so many things than themselves. In this movie you can see the guy wasn’t considerate and helpful but he was always living his life while letting the woman slave herself away

I just got here...and i read the comments before watching this movie😊...and i want to say this becuz i experience this when i was married....is not that you dont want to look good, take time to look after yourself ( before you were married) is just that the responsebilities of the family, house kids etc are so much you barelyas time for yourself and when you do, you are sooo tired that you just want to rest or something like that...in most cases ( like mine)...is not that easy task....especially when you dont get the help of your partner in the relationship or marriage.

For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23) and therefore all of us need God's forgiveness. Jesus says in Matthew 6:14-15 "For if you forgive others when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. Shout out to the beautiful baby boy. Yes, the lessons are there. Better to learn through the example of others' experience than to have that bitter medicine to drink yourself. When you give up everything and pour all that is you into the life of another (even your children) , it will not neither be recognized nor appreciated. Your children might come to a realization of your sacrifice later in life when they are in a marriage and have children. But your precious man will disrespect your efforts as long as you allow for it. So have a career ladies, even if it's beading. Make it a grand expression of your creativity and make it marketable so that you won't have an ungrateful husband one day tell you how he makes all the money while you contribute nothing. He'll insist that he likes you at home and dowdy while he flits among the pretty winged butterflies. And when you neglect yourself and lose your curves, he'll hug and caress the curves of another. So be wise while you love and learn your lessons the easy way. When you husband tells you to quit your job and stay home to do whatever, you should do what is good for you, remembering to keep your options open_ just in case. Be like Beyonce, loving, faithful, hard-working, beautiful, and wise. Respect is not blind and unquestioned obedience. Use your beautiful brain. I think her friend did the right thing by trying to rouse her friend to action by self-improvement and self-care rather than just blurting out the horrible truth. That gave her friend some resilience to effectively deal with the shock.Well done everyone.

If it's was the wife he wouldn't forgive her I'm sure. All these side chicks always entitled asking if he has another babe crying over someone else's husband sad. Glad how it ended. She knew he was married from the start.
I can understand her (Dera’s cousin) position being in the middle of your good friend and your cousin, I think that’s why she started taking out Ralph’s wife and leaving her phone in her bag. Now I thought that was a brilliant move and it did work.

A Caribbean here who absolutely love African movies especially Nigerians. I’ve binge watch their movies since I was a teen. While the movie is filled with the common lesson where wives shouldn’t let theirselves go in their marriage, my question is to married men in particular; what is the notion of resulting to adultery once the marriage hit a turn you don’t like? Does that mean your commitment to your wife, marriage and care for the family is worth throwing away altogether? So the “hard work” that men take pride in was all a waste of time? Was a woman’s look was all that you married her for? If that’s the case why not help her see where she has fallen if you claimed you love her so much? Or was there any love at all? Other than that the glorification of woman becoming Christ in their marriage in Nigerian movies both in Christian films and worldly ones alike are mind boggling to me 😩😩 It’s becoming like an advertisement and an encouragement for men to continue be cheaters in marriages 🫠🫤 because after all your wife is there with the purpose of forgiving. Isn’t it husbands that are to love their wives as Christ loves the church and wives submitting to that authority? 🤔 Is the saying ‘a fact or a false’ that a man doesn’t respect a woman who stays after she’s been disrespected by him abusing her in anyway? Then the twisted reality is that if it’s her who did the cheating he finds it hard to trust her again?
    Shebi I don’t gets ohh…LOL ( in Haitian accent) 😂😂

Many of these movies are scripted just to tell a story but they're not typical of the real life scenarios. Men take care of their families through thick and thin, they forgive their partners, when they cheat or hurt them, they don't all cheat. There are many good men in reality. Don't believe these movies please, they reflect a scanty but loud population of the society. Christian homes also have it great, loving husbands and happy wives, not all these interesting falsified movie drama.
