As someone who has had asthma for decades, I get annoyed with the portrayal of asthmatic symptoms in nollywood movies. With the exception of anxiety induced asthma attacks, most asthmatic symptoms would be preceded by either intense sneezing, coughing or wheezing so the patient getting to their respiratory inhaler by themselves is entirely possible and we don't usually flail our arms around and behave as such during an attack. An asthma attack can also be controlled even without an inhaler in some cases as I've done so several times. A bit of research could make these movies seem more professional and not have first world countries/citizens laughing at the ludacrisity in some African productions. I would love to see better effort and growth in such areas in the African movie industry.
Exactly how I felt as an asthmatic patient myself. The portrayal was very unrealistic.

This actually made me laugh. Cos when watching I comment by saying *habaahhh, make wuna no exaggerate shaahhh* cos I'm like, it's not as if the person will die mow now. But they make it seem so 😂😂😂😂😂.

As a nurse I’ve been complaining about this same thing for years. The way they portray patients and medical professionals in many scenarios is ridiculous.
In as much as we all pray and want to have a friend like Alfred we should make sure that we are Alfred too to our friends… nice movie

Sir Chris Akwarandu is an amazing actor who plays his roles perfectly well 👏 that man deserves a medal🏆🎖️ for his promising and special talent as an elder or fatherly roles in the industry 💯✔️
Beautiful storyline.
Nancy Isime and Daniel Effiong brought their roles to life.
A feedback I'd like the directors and others in Nollywood to have is that they can easily consult with persons in the profession they aim to depict.
I'm more than happy to be of help to them in paying attention to details so that a viewing professioner in the profession they are depicting is not put off by a less than ideal performance.
A physiotherapist going for home exercise sessions would always appear in scrubs and trainers, not wearing office outfits like Nancy/Lily did in all the scenes except one.
The patient would also be made to wear comfortable shorts and not regular trousers like Biyi did, so that the physiotherapist can easily assess the group of muscles she's working on.
There are examination routines followed and positioning of the physiotherapist relative to the patient or client. Lily was merely 'pressing' areas of Biyi's legs in a haphazard fashion.
An ophthalmologist does not assess sight after a surgical procedure by waving fingers in front of a patient. There's a distance that is maintained from the face if you want to check visual field, acuity etc.
I was comforted to see that Biyi was given a walking stick after he could stand again and that he didn't go straight from wheelchair to just walking unaided.
I'm readily available for screening movies and offering advice on details that are easily overlooked, so as to come out with a stellar production.

Beautiful story! Daniel and Nancy are so talented and I like seeing them paired with each other in movies. I don’t know if anyone feels like I do, but I love seeing the father in movies! Nice film. Glad Daniel found out before marriage who she really was. She wasn’t with him for love but popularity and money. Glad Nancy found love and was able to forgive her dad. Love covers a multitude of faults. They both needed each other. Thank GOD the movie only had 1 title and the character’s they advertise. Again, very nice movie and a positive ending. A+

Great message I know about scars and it's hard to open yourself up to someone new. That may see your beauty on the outside but when you reveal your scars they can't readily see. Those that love you will love all of you.
