Yeah stock rods, figure if they can hold 2-250 on a boosted setup i should have no worries all motor lol. Plus it will have less rotating mass. Will need all the help it can get
I know your trying tondo this as cheap as possible but the p2p0 rods are probably the cheapest you should have grabbed a set of them. And tried out some nitro fuel
Yoo whatsup man!! I just started following you on fb now!! But I have a question for you. Do you know if the pistons out of a non vtec d16a6 are the same as the p29 pistons that come out of the dual over head cam d series zc motor?
PM6 or D16A6 from the 88-91 Si pistons are a slightly dished piston whereas the P29's come out of a JDM DOHC ZC or an American 89 Integra with the D16A1 engine which is a dome piston not only that the valve reliefs are bigger on the P29 piston which is closer to a D16Z6 or D16Y8 valve orientation this is why they work with a v-tec head the pistons themselves have the same casting # as the ecu and the engine for example the PM6
@@statikFredo P28 dished pistons whatever computer comes stock with the engine has the same number as the engine and piston casting so P28 ecu P28 pistons and P28 block the only different casting number is the head and distributor which are both P06
Another great video buddy and keep up the good work makes me want to work on my Civic
Great work, could these potentially work on a jdm d15b vtec motor if anyone knows? Thanks faz
Stock rods? Glad your making some Honda content again. Missed your channel.

@@BoBuilds I was thinking that about the rods myself but what if you decide to run nitrous rods might be the weak link then.
I put the pins the freezer and then you get 2 seconds to work with it.
Nice catch

Hey! From what i found those are PM6 pistons not p29

They're PG6 pistons out of the American D16A1 Integra or 88 89 Integra very similar to the P29 counterpart
These rods won’t hold more then 12 pounds.
Well it has 0 pounds so i think im good lol
Just get some h beam rods
OOHHH MAN I CAN TELL BY THAT THUMBNAIL ALL THAT WORK AND THOSE PISTON ARE GARBAGE THE O.E.M. ARE BETTER ALL THAT WORK FOR A FURTHER FAIL
