My parents weren't capable of love but I've never been able to emulate them because I am love itself.

It made me cry . I cannot believe how powerful the hypnosis is .I felt like it took me back in time and could see my self when I was a child afraid and hiding in a cupboard . I will keep practising until I feel empowered . Thank you so much Marisa.♥

WOW😮! I seen things that I haven’t thought about over 35years. Like the white long socks with three stripes on the top and my shorts with the white trim on the bottom???? Seen my mom telling my dad to get out of the car and leaving him miles away from the next town. Seen the old skate parks where I would watch my brother do tricks that I wasn’t able to to at the time😢 kinda started to tear thank you for all

I went back to junior infants in a Welsh speaking school, where I could only speak English. I felt like I did not fit in, and could not understand anything , or join in the games, the kids didn't like English ppl and I was bullied, my clothes were too tight and my body ached with the stress. Very enlightening, thank you xxx
Thank you so much Marisa! I went back to Grade 4, and I had done something well in class and was praised by the teacher. My friends scoffed and called me "Teacher's Pet". I went from feeling proud of myself and happy to deflated and ashamed. My friends were very smart and always the top of the class. Perhaps they felt jealous, threatened, and less than. They took a positive and made it a negative. I just realized now that I must have carried the belief that success/succeeding/doing well in life = not being liked. After that I made myself small, not utilizing my potential. Today I choose to go forward with a new belief - I can succeed/be successful AND be liked. YES!!! I am grateful for this awareness, it's empowering. 💖💪🏼

Beautiful meditation- second time same thing comes up, it’s not that I am not enough or not smart or beautiful…., it actually are scenes people telling me how bad I am. How horrible I am for making all about me, it’s the feeling of being smart and capable and not being loved for that exact reason. Punishment and guilt. … well fortunately I know that’s not true anymore

I just did this for the first time and I felt scared. My palms were sweating because I was feeling all you were saying 😅
Interesting enough my second vision didn't seem to be bad at all.
I saw a moment when I was around 5 years old playing alone with beer crates and decided to climb them. I was building stairs with beer crates to go to the upper part of the patio (we had stairs for that, but well, maybe I was bored). Not surprisingly, I fell from my creation and opened a big moon shaped wound. I was alone when all the blood started coming out but my grandmother's maid saw me and ran to me, brought me inside, and my mom came immediately and made me feel like I would be completely fine. She even said the river would cure it when we go there on Sunday, so no worries 😂
It was interesting because I don't see how this relates to "I am not enough" sentence. I actually saw how my mom loved me so much right there 🤔
we used to fight a lot because she wanted me to dress and act like a girl, but I understand that's just what society used to expect at the time. I threw so many tantrums over that during my childhood 😅
Perhaps there is another meaning for this...
Either way, this experience scared me and excited me at the same time!
It’s so crazy I kind of jumped when I received how powerful it is but I allowed myself to go back because I was scared, why I was scared was from sexual abuse however in the end I feel full of love and deserving and secure, & sure and warm inna good way as if it never I haven’t experienced any bad. I am going to do it again for sure but this was really great ! ❤

The third scene was different, back before the veil in between.
The other 2 were of a scene of me being bullied when I was 10 or so.
The first scene was mum and dad with others eating whilst I was left sitting alone on the stairs.

1. child with wet nappy screaming in my cot and reaching for my mother who was closing the door.
2. in an incubator surrounded by white light - feeling full of positive energy but no one was around. I was alone.
3. In my mothers womb being kept secret… picking up fear from her and then hearing arguments about money when my father found out she was pregnant.
So powerful & completely unexpected…. But made complete sense - Thank you Marisa

It is a great experience because I had a very sad experience in my childhood that harmed me so much in my self confidence. Now Marissa I know how to work this whenever I want!

Thank you, i am so grateful. powerful healing session. I am working on myself continuously for last 1,5 year, healing 5 wounds, recalling therapy unofficially on my own. And this video meeting just changed everything, like it seems similar but its soooo powerful. I haven't done properly because my child woke up, but anyways it gave me the most powerful emotional trauma release ever. My mother died in car accident 2 months before my Communion, and then at the ceremony among other children i felt really as child would think that i am not worthy. And today I cried it out. Thank you, from the depth of my heart. I will come back in more prepared time, tomorrow. sending love to everyone

Thanks Marisa , i went to that moment when i asked my mum why i had a different surname to my siblings and was told it's because i was born before they were married. I felt like it was my fault that was born at the wrong time and felt like i got my parents into trouble by being born. eish profound stuff. and of course that why i felt my existence was a mistake. I shouldn't have been born when I was born, imagine. Being bullied at school.

I thank God I found you Marisa....I have been stuck in my childhood...a scared little girl without love....no father to care for me... pure beating.i used to cry a lot and couldn't explain what was wrong. And my father would beat me up and told me to shut up. I could not shut up because those slaps were terrible painful. All I needed was love. Mother was always out working. Was rough. God is great.❤

Absolutely incredible. Thank you!!! I was 3 the first scene. I had done something wrong and I felt (by my father's words and disappointment) so bad that I literally believed my life was over. The 2nd scene was an accident (potty training when I was 2) and getting in trouble for it. The 3rd scene was a ceramic cookie jar fell on the floor and broke. I now KNOW my parents loved me and did the best they could. Their intentions were good. I believed the lie for way too long. I AM enough. I see me pick up both of my 2 year old me's and the 3 year old me and told them what I was telling myself (it's not be anymore, I'm enough, etc). I don't want them to lose themselves the way that I did. Then I hugged my mom and dad (both versions of me) and instead of fear, disappointment and heart break in each room, there was LOVE. Mrs. Peer, I'm so grateful for you!! Thank you for helping me to go back there and heal it!! I feel like I just rewrote my story. Bless you! This was powerful and amazing and I hope others experienced the amazing things I did w their own memories and experiences 🥲🥰
