They need to do more controlled burns. They also need to enforce residents to clear trees from their properties up to 7ft away from homes. They really need to start changing how they have their rules set up in Canada. This is every year and 3 years ago we had this same thing. Risking US states for carelessness of not doing regular controlled burns.
