Hey Alex, Deepika here. The minute I saw best place in Malta for families, my eyes lit up 😀 Thank you for choosing this topic. The place looks so much better than many of the other places you have taken us. It was very thoughtful of you to ask your friend to give her valuable feedback. It is very reassuring to hear from actual people. Great work again ❤️
AH 😍, ST PAUL'S BAY IS THE BE$T. Growing up in SPB ♥, Qawra was the outskirts full of fields and farms. I smiled when you said Qawra is going to be be "Ultra €uxurious" 🏢 ☺ - then obviously not for the ordinary Maltese buyer on an "average wage" or "Pensioners" 🤔. Re those seemingly "uninhabited houses" you could be right - they're most probably Summer residentials (July-September). In my days most of Bugibba used to be like that. It was nice to meet your lovely friend Martina (love her raw 🇲🇰 accent ). THANKS ALEX for your walk around 🚶 🎥 my old playground. Your script was "impeccable" as usual 📝. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ♥ 🇪🇺 ♥ 🇲🇰™
Hey John. Im reading your comment now and it made me smile and somehow gave me an idea to imagine Qawra full with fields, which was difficult to image :) im glad you enjoyed this clip and my lovely friend Martina❤️
Hi Alex , Ann from 🇬🇧 here. We love Malta as much as you. Qawra is beautiful. Love having a relaxing coffee sitting in the Cafe Bar looking over the Med. Thanks for showing us Malta with your expertise information. We love ❤️ you Alex. Keep up the great efforts that you put in to make your videos. 👏 x
I've never been in malta, but i am planning to move in with my wife and kids permanently and thanks to you Alex I m getting to know the country very well So thank you Alex for all your informations all your effort and details about every inch in the island. you transferred your love for malta to me
Thank you for helping us learn more about Malta before we visit, we appreciate all of your videos and have been looking for a place to retire, Malta looks amazing and you are an incredible spokesperson for the country!
It's amazing seeing this upload and seeing you walk around the exact area me and my girlfriend stayed 😁 we spent a whole week in that area and we loved it 👌 the long promenade is a lovely walk especially at sunset
Interesting video again, Alex! I know while I was there, as a solo person, I wasn't that interested in Qawra so never spent any time there, but for families it looks like a good place to live. Thanks for making videos for all types of travelers, visitors, and soon-to-be residents. Loved seeing the different architecture there, too!
What's so nice about a concrete jungle there's to much of it and they will never will be able to fill all them hotel's and apartment's with tourists they whould of been better doing a green spaces for avryone to enjoy
Wow Qwara has changed so much from when I spent my summers as a child and some of my teens in the 70's there was nothing out there only some of the villa's it was so quiet now it just looks to busy seems only in the winter it would be peaceful Simenta Bugibba and Qwara used to be for summer time
I absolutely love Malta, to be honest every part of it. Unfortunately due to some personal reasons I had to leave Malta. I consider myself as the Ambassador of Malta. Inħobbok Malta - Love from Pakistan.
Hey Alex Watsup, Again soo good to see a different place in Malta and yeah modern buildings and fancy villas... thanks for taking us digital tour in each of your videos and next where to? 👟🕶️
This looks very much like the Seashells and the Qawra Palace Hotels area! It seems a real major construction project is going on in there. I loved our previous stays in Cressent/Seashells hotel. I hope it will soon be back to business. THANK YOU for another informative video.
This was a great video Alex, it really showed a nice aspect of the area. We stayed in the Seaview in August and there is also the children's splash park opposite. Although we don't have children, to be honest prefer picking adult only hotels to avoid them, we could not help commenting how pleasant it was to hear them giggling away. I think Bugibba and Qawra is a nice area for families, and it was nice to see them in the Square just playing like children should do, not face planted in a mobile fine which we so often see in the UK now.
Hi Alex :) Thanks so much for this video. Me and my sister is moving to Qawra now in November. Cant stand the winter here in Sweden. See ya on the streets or the beaches :D Big hugs..
That's rocky beach is the one we went on 2ice during our week holiday stay in Malta😊😎.I recommend to people who are going over to stay on that beach-get the sunbed.1st tine when we arrived we had towels only was okay, but as i said take eather chairs or sunbed☝️.However still was great and got great tan on my body😏...From our hotel (Mayflower hotel- grrat hotel) where we stayed to that beach is about 15mins walk only !!!..I recommend everyone!!😊 We miss u Alex, but' will see u again😉❤️
I always watch your vlog very informative someday i will come there and i know the place there with your information try to vlog the market place there:)
Try the hostels sorry can't gave you the address or phone no but if you tape in on the internet hostils in Malta should come up where they are with more information
Qawra is really best to live inn, dear Alex your Great kindly remember about my request to Make video about English language teachers SALARIES and English school teachers SALARIES thanks.
Hello Alex, I am a fan of your videos. Please note that Qawra is not clean as your guest said. I am a long term resident and every so often private citizens go out and do clean ups because the situation is so bad 😞 I hope this comment helps, please check your facts
hey Maria, thank you for your comment, this day when i was recording, Qawra was pretty clean (3 days ago). When one is a long term resident ofcourse would know more but for me, Qawra was pretty clean in most places :)
i live here, its a very chill area. although i live alone in a 2 bedroom flat. the peace and tranquility on weekends keeps me sane on the island. as an asian who used to live in modern metropolis like Tokyo, Manila, Dubai and Doha
I'm staying in AX hotel in Qawra and agree it's a lovely walk along the front past the aquarium and the new ongoing complexes however once you turn up into Buggiba & touristic street it's not so nice . Broken pavements , rubbish lying , dog fouling, it's a shame they should really look at spending money in that area and turn it into a beautiful street. It's ugly& spoils the area

Try the hostels sorry can't gave you the address or phone no but if you tape in on the internet hostils in Malta should come up where they are with more information
Hostels are cheap but they are sharing rooms. Try real estate agencies and also facebook groups for accommodation
