With changing to a 1800 RPM Low Stall performance stator from the OEM's 2200 RPM stator I hope to see a fuel mileage improvement, which could pay for itself over the next 100k miles as I drive across North America racing superbikes and enjoying dirtbike nomad adventures.
Vehicle currently has 59,900 miles. Knocking started intermittent 4 months earlier in August at 57500 miles. Truck runs and drives great with no smoke once up to temperature.

My noise was getting loud then disappeared, then loud again it was as i said on a petrol Honda legend, bucket and shim ,obviously this is not but it was out of oil then filling up then less noise good luck marcel.
