IMO, Tisas is a really good brand. I've had my commander 1911, in .45 ACP, for a little over a year. I love it. Just got a new pair of really nice G10 grips. I've been hearing a lot of people talk a lot of shit about turkish-made guns or guns made in Turkey or budget 1911s. Honestly I haven't had one problem out of my Zig M45. I had several different types of ammo through it, I used different magazines and it just runs!!! That's new one looks pretty damn cool. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Greatly appreciate you bringing it on to the show for review.
I have 4 Tisas 1911s. All of them run flawless! Forged frame and slide with hammer forged barrels. Put Nowlin Action Kits in them and boy are they like butter now with 3.5 lb triggers.
They have a fully modern machining factory, and they use zero mim/cast parts. Which of course means that the slides and frames are forged steel (and all their barrels are hammer forged). This gun also has front and back checkering, ambi safety, accurate adjustable sights and G10 grips, so they compete with Springfields, Rugers, Colts, Kimbers, and other guns that at that price cannot claim all of those features, most specifically because they all include many components that are cast. Tisas does not. To compare favorably with this Tisas, you have to go into the $1,500 or more price point for those competitors. This high-quality gun is a huge bargain.
I ordered the tisas off buds guns its actually out for delivery this morning can't wait I'll be shooting a lot of bullets through it over this year plan on hunting with it
For $750.00 you can get the RIA TAC Ultra 5" 16rd Double Stack 10MM with Full Rail and Dust Cover and a Threaded Barrel, got Mine last week and I LOVE IT!!!! @The Jimmini Show
*FINALLY GOT mine yesterday for ONLY $565 (PLUS TAX) original in store price was $710. DON'T KNOW WHY the price dropped THAT much!! I had been waiting for about 6 months til I could find one with finished front strap checkering. A few have come from the factory WITHOUT it done all the way around, and I refused to buy one of those. I'm about to head to the range and break it in.....*
When you pull the trigger on your d10 if you pay attention to the grip safety Can you feel it ever so slightly bumping back into the palm of your hand thanks
Do you do range videos? I'd love to see a comparison between this and the rock as I am looking at getting the rock in double stack 9mm as my first pistol and I'd love to see these to side by side for your thoughts Edit: finished the video so nevermind 🤣
Lol watching this i was thinking the same thing. I cant wait to show it off and get it all decked out, Great video i would love to see it at the range.
@@arguy3297 heavy, no capacity, redundant safety features, stuff like that. I'd rather point and shoot. Not saying its a bad choice, but it definitely isn't the greatest
Dude can you put the link for the store I like the gun I like the prize I got to give you one think I'll have to get a p.o. box in Arizona because I am in California and these Californians cry a lot
@@TheJimminiShow well after a little research I guess I was wrong. Always heard full length is more reliable but apparently that has been tested and isn't true.

The price is low only because their economy and money has tanked. I like Turkish firearms, have a shotgun from there, it's beautiful and performs too.

Thanks! I watched this video way too many times and I HAVE to get one!
I own it its worth twice what I payed for it!
Do you know if a red dot dovetail mount is available for the tisas?
I bought mine for bear safety.
I do like to protect the Bears
Nice review, thank you. It's worth noting this pistol comes with a ramped barrel. But for $700 you can buy an Ivon Johnson 6" 10mm 1911 now.
Noob question, Are ramped barrels not good for the 1911 platform?
@@j.p.4541 Opposite. A ramped barrel is better for 10mm 1911 pistols. But I do respect people might have different opinions about this matter.
Cool stuff always 😎
Congratulations on your range, BBQ gun, ten for the win😊 thanks!

On your couch ??
1911s aren't necessarily practical for carry. however, they're some of the best looking guns, with some nice triggers
Sure they are, get a shoulder holster or belt, Chuck Norris rocks one😂
Why wouldn't a 1911 be practical for carry? People have been carrying them for 50+ years
