Pricing For BIG T Shirts | Don't Be Too Cheap. If you are charging the same price for all your printed t shirts, you are probably losing money. We make sure we charge an extra £1.00 for every size over XL so if you had a xxxl that would be an extra £2.00 and a 5XL would be an extra £4.00. You have to pay more for the garment and the shipping so make sure you pass this onto the customer.

Correct of course with regards to size, postage et al. How about different prizing for regular T-shirts vs. "slim fit" (or similar fancy versions) or do you avoid such extravaganza?

Well said, an adult t shirt you will get away with a large letter for postage, anything bigger will be small package which doubles the postage. I’ve learned from this myself. A good quick video for sellers Martin 👌
