If you paint again, you can take a broom or mop from the dollar store and twist the head off...take your paint roller and twist it to the end of the broom stick where the screw indents are.
It gives you a "painter's extension arm".
Also, wear a plastic face shield so the drips don't get on your face if you are doing ceilings.
