I didn't have a lot of time so this might not be the clearest video, but just slow things down and you wil be fine. This is my way of doing the konijnendans, there are a lot of variations.
I never realized how uncoordinated I was until I tried to do this....

This is all awesome. I started out with Kirakosian, and it took me months to get the hang of it. I get STARES when I unleash the dance - I am "a bit older". It's awesome.

I was really bad, i'm still not the best but the way i learned was by practising the basic running man shuffle at a loe speed alot for 3 days, after that i had the muscle memory and i can do it full speed now :)

Dit meen je niet he. Ik heb niks tegen een goede shuffle op een techno feestje. Maar dat de techno scene de shuffle serieus is gaan accepteren als de konijnendans, de naam dke haters overigens hebben gegeven, vind ik echt uitermate triest. Jullie houden die achterlijke naam er zo in. Helaas is het ook een nog eens een dans geworden die alle nieuwkomers inderdaad het gevoel geeft of ze er bij horen. Heel de scene is verkracht man.

Wel leuk zo'n dansje. (Eigenlijk deed ik deze bewegingen al eerder zonder dat ik ooit van die naam gehoord had op feestjes van vrienden en toen noemde we het altijd de partypenguin omdat dat mijn bij naampje is, en ik ook wat meer naar de zijkanten trapte).
