Is it any wonder that this reduction in fossil fuels is being pushed so hard when Africa has the potential to become one of the strongest economies if fossil fuel dependency remained? USA & Europe would lose even more power (excuse the pun) and control of world economies. They are already beginning to lose to China, if Africa came together and developed its fossil fuel base fully the world economies and power bases would be turned on their heads.
