Thanks boys. This just really made me smile today. And I really needed it. There's a reason that you have been my my favorite band for almost 30 years. And smiles are why.Your the best.
Snacktime: But we would eat Kraft dinner (Of course we would, we’d just eat more) And buy really expensive ketchups with it (That’s right, all the fanciest - Dijon ketchups)
I love that you have all been so great at posting these - I know it takes a lot of time and effort to do and its super great to see my all-time favorite guys performing "live" every few days!
You are truly wonderful people. Thank you for this. And for every vid - we were meant to be seeing you on Saturday at the Royal Albert Hall, so this really helps! :)
Thank you so much. I am working 7 days a week between two jobs that are essential non-medical services and the ugly part of humanity keeps wearing me out. Then I finally get home and see a video like this and I love too many of my Canadians to allow the bad to take me down and out. I won't shame people for their bad behaviour, so I sing bnl, or Cohen, or alanis, or Sarah, or Dion, or gbs, or city&colour, or the hip, or that song, and I feel much better. Please keeping doing this, the pizza made me laugh. Can't wait to see all my fav bands and the national women's soccer team with Sinclair, Schmidt, Matheson, Scott and more play again and at the Olympics, they earned my cheering love. Thank you again, you have no idea.
@@MrTaylorehSteven is making some videos like these on his own and with the Steven Page Trio (he even has a song: Isolation). It would be EPIC to see a reunion on a Selfie Cam Jam!
I'd really love to hear you guys sing Sound of Your Voice! I had a friend call me today, and he was in a real rough way, which made me very sad to not be able to console him with a hug. In that phone call though, he said he missed the sound of my voice, and I couldn't help but think of the song. It's a bit appropriate for this time, I think. For some of us with friends in other cities, provinces, or countries, the sound of each other's voices are the only things that keep us connected, and comforted. I don't know if you'll see this, but thank you anyway. I've found comfort in these videos, and I've shared them with friends who don't even really know you, and they're digging them too! Love from Hamilton!
Wow, impressive set of cameos. I figured musicians, athletes and other cultural figures make sense. Then, an astronaut- hard to top that. But you somehow got a mothballed, quarantined Count to participate? Color me impressed!
If you haven't seen the "duet" Ed and the guys did with Hadfield when he was on the ISS a few years ago, you should check it out on here. Search "Chris Hadfield BNL" and it'll come up.
still remember when you came in May 2008 to play it at the Borders Bookstore in Oak Brook Illinois --- that Kid CD was amazing and listened to many years in my household (still !)
Hey its great to see some Scots (Colin Hay & KT Tunstall) in your cameos! From Scotland and Toronto my favourite snack is a grilled ham & cheese sandwich!
Wow, this album was my whole childhood. I have an auditory processing disorder and can’t really understand any song lyrics so I thought this song was very sad and it would bring me to tears, lol
Now I really want some celery with peanut butter. Thanks, Colin Hay. Too bad we're out of celery. Really thought Tyler should've been playing a tambourine.
Hung out with 3 of these guys when they came to Toledo in the early 2000s. We took them to the hockey rink so they could play hockey with the Red Wings farm team. It was right after Kevin was feeling better and he only skated for a few minutes. I had had to unknot his skate strings from the rented skates with my teeth and I sent him back in the rink. Later we brought them back to sing Oh Canada before the hockey game then we took Tyler out clubbing. The guys and their crew were really fun
Ah, reminds me of the Hidden Sun chorus with the ii-V-IV-I progression. Now I need to go and listen to every Kevin contribution on each of the albums and play along! :) (Passcode is my favorite! Even did a play-along video of that one a lifetime ago!)
Good introduction to this episode of "SelfieCamJam", Kevin. Me, since it's Day 47 of my "Lent" period, my all-time favorite snack would be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a Snickers bar, Bon appetite, Barenaked Ladies. 3:15, how about a "veggie mite sandwich" instead as for a snack, Colin? Seriously though ☺👍🙏👫⛪.
Correction from the last comment of mine: My all-time favorite snack would have to be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a Snickers bar. Because, one thing, I'm not me when I'm hungry and second, it goes great with a cup of hot chocolate. Bon Appétit ☺👍⛪👫🙏🙇.
It's a nice reminder of spring 2020, when entertainers all over the world became insufferable as they released subpar performances from their homes in an attempt to cheer people up. I think they needed the attention or else they would die. Though BNL's performances were still good, probably because they didn't rely on the visual medium.
Thanks boys. This just really made me smile today. And I really needed it. There's a reason that you have been my my favorite band for almost 30 years. And smiles are why.Your the best.

That shirt! That shirt! A thumbs up for that shirt...and a fun tune. Thank you
Thank you for your service to this great nation
Great job, thanks guys. I always look forward to these.
@ Barenaked Ladies! Could you play us a selfie cam jam of Brian Wilson.... help some of us that are having a tough time getting out of bed these days!
And cos it doesn't technically count as a reunion, maybe get Steven Page on it? Huh?? :)
@@MrTayloreh wish he would but I dont think he would

You guys are ridiculous and awesome! Thank you.
The Man...Darius Rucker is in there... I'm just gonna call him The Candy Man from now on.
Boy, Fernando Saunders' bit was perfectly to the beat. What a mellifluous name.
had a really good time snacking along to the song. thank you for doing this!
The #SelfieCamJam is bringing me such joy! xo
I loved seeing Bruce Cockburn pop up. His first album was released almost exactly 50 years ago. Amazing career.
Awesome! One of my kids’ favorites from when they were little and one of the few albums made for kids that adults can enjoy😊
Thanks for the smile!!! Love you guys!
What a great impressive set of snack time people. Thanks for this!

Grumpy, that was fun. If I saw it before, I'd forgotten about it!
Nuts about getting the astronaut. LOL. Now he can quarantine!
@@GrumpyGrunt they did a selfie cam jam of I.S.S. with Com. Hadfield.
Love BNL, love that album, and for some reason this song (and Things and Pollywog) make me teary! Loved the cameos!

I was hoping Page and Geddy Lee to show their snacks.
But it was pretty awesome either way!
Now I really want some celery with peanut butter. Thanks, Colin Hay. Too bad we're out of celery.

Remember, pickles were very sour. And so do I!
Yes LMAO that look like a very delicious chocolate chip cookie!🤗
Love it...how about The Crazy ABCs next? COVID-19 version...😜
Well done!!!
Bois bois we finally got it!
Nutty Buddies! 😀
Good music❤️😍
I get hungry every time
Best kids album ever
1 BareNaked Ladies kids album only is "Snack Time!"
Each video brings Ed closer to becoming Taika Waititi... and Jim remains locked in time, ca. 2004.
Which nobou?
Can you guys do a version of “Good Boy”?
Good idea to the BareNaked Ladies!

How about the next #selfiecamjam is “789”? - a young fan
Sure thing to the Bare-naked Ladies, in my #SelfieCamJam in Canada.
Steven Page! What is your favourite snack?
Sounds like a really trippy stoner song
Like for the Astronaut
What are Ed, Jim & Tyler's favorite snacks?
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🤳🇨🇺🇸🇪
The dislikes are just hangry
Is it tragic that Steven Page's snack choices did not coincide with the rest of the band's snacking preferences?
Please include Steve 😓
It would be amazing beyond words.
I get that things change, etc...but, we're all human and in this together...
