First, all of society needs to come to an agreement in WHAT "hate speech" is. Right now, "hate speech" is just "i don't like what other people say even if it's not hateful".
That is all it will ever be. Any time someone says "we want to ban hatespeech" they are saying they want choose what is right and what is not.
