- Welcome to episode 32 of Missle industries crusty wagon project. Today We go a long way towards removing much of the crust from crusty wagon.
I used acetone to clean my vinyl seats. I then used the vinyl spray paint to recolour them. Acetone works the best and prepares the surface really well for painting.
great job the carpet breaks up the interior nicely
I think the seats and trims need some black vinyl paint.
How is the durability of the vinyl paint where you sit? I am tempted now that I think about it.
@@Missleindustry You prepare the surface with the acetone and get it really clean, then you dust on a couple of coats first, after that dries, you can give it a couple of coats to finish it off. This will not rub off on your clothes at all. Preparation is key. Scrub the acetone into the seams with a small stiff brush. I'm almost finished with my interior and the result is worth the effort.
@@Missleindustry I had the same coloured vinyl as yours and now it's all black. Looks great.
Interior looks really good, good job👌. The colour of the carpet reminds me of the carpet in the p6 Silver Monarch LTD. Cranberry i believe.
Well at least the carpet matches the bonnet hinges
True, it is part of my aussie flag colours theme.
Hows the price of eggs BRO
Mine have stopped laying too, useless eaters.
