Great stuff! Really helpful, especially on the detailed agenda. Thanks for sharing this.
I do have 1 question. If the company is a startup composed of about 5 people working on different fields (ie. Design, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, etc.), What if each of your quarterly OKRs do not necessarily involve everyone in the team? (Example: OKR 1 is more for Product Development, for OKR 2 involves only Design & Product Development Team), OKR 3 is for Marketing Team) Is it still necessary for everyone to share their confidence levels, or only on the OKRs they're involved with?

Great question! During start up stage it's a little more normal for some people to set outside of the company OKR, so they might have their own that loosely aligns or possibly not at all (that's a convo for another video). If you're not working on an OKR it's ok not to score it.
You mentioned you had a number of OKRs. What I'd be looking to do is pull it under a single OKR for the entire business. You all need to be pulling in the same direction, so by splitting them out you may have OKRs that are actually initiatives, rather than outcomes.
