You make a good point, one that other reactors never seem to touch on. They have a great bass player in MISA and they turn her loose. They ALSO have a great drummer in Akane and also turn her loose. Kanami has the ability and creativity to overshadow them both with her guitar work but only adds what the song needs. Which of the three is most important to the music? Very hard to answer that. That's what makes them so good. So many other bands don't utilize the talent they have but Band-Maid distributes the work pretty evenly. Watching their live performances leads me to believe they spend a colossal amount of time rehearsing and getting it right.
As for behind the scenes practice, I've seen the BTS Documentary of them practicing for LCS, I've also seen a video of them actually using Zoom to practice with each other, from the counter they had been on the Zoom call for well over an hour and the whole video was maybe 6 minutes as they worked on Different. But they would break it down, Kanami was like a Drill Sergeant talking to MISA and Miku about something. The one thing I noticed was Akane using an electric drumset and appeared to be in a bedroom, while the rest of the ladies looked like they were in a closet. But these Ladies put in hours and hours behind the scenes to be the BEST for their fans. How many other bands do that these days?

This is their first official music video back in 2014.
If you look closely at the MAID outfits they are two different sets , one set is Black n White , the other set is Red White n Black trim .

Many of the Ladies Official Music Video's, not the Live videos but standard videos, they play with the color palette, often starting with washed out colors that gradually become more vibrant toward the end. To see a more striking example of this, the videos for YOLO and Endless Story are the most striking ones that immediately come to mind for me.
This is their only music video in which bassist MISA is wearing a standard maid costume.
Saiki already lost her apron somewhere, though. 🙂

RIP Tiny Hat One of the best things about this video... every member is in a maid outfit, and they all look great Saiki looks so young in this video as well, was she a teenager when she joined Band-Maid
Thrill is the song that gave Band-Maid traction to move forward If Thrill didn't get them noticed like it did, they were talking about going their separate ways
