DA need a dead victim to file a case. Backward ass US laws. In other countries, the home owner can kill the suspect and be award a metal. Not here in the US.
well we live in political world, no evidence = not guilty. What if home owner wanted revenge, found him and dragged him there and made up the situation? You never know ... people do crazy things. Lot of girls do this, they hit themselves and point a finger at some guy. This is why word against word is not considered as evidence and this is why having 100 friends to say same thing, is also no evidence, cuz it's just words. You'd need more solid proof. For example he did break in at first, but was somehow released in less than 2 months ... so if i was home owner, I'd be mad too and want revenge. So it's very possible that home owner and his friends staged the 2nd break in just to get back at him. You could easily find the person, hand him untraceable and unloaded gun and tell him that if he doesn't try to break in and point a gun at you, then you'll shoot his balls off. What would you do? lose your balls or go along? Not like he has much choice. I'm not saying a thief doesn't deserve it, but I'm just saying why cases like that are often dropped. I just think punishment for stealing should be far more severe, thieves LAUGH at justice system. Imagine how many homes he has already broken into before he was caught? Crime DOES pay. You can go thru like 10 houses and get over 10000 worth of stuff, even if you're caught, you barely do 1 month in prison .. maybe even not that if it's first time. You come out with 10k or more .. totally worth it.
@@bjs1624 but that's the thing, they had evidence of him breaking inside multiple homes and they apparently still "don't have enough evidence", i understand that people can be wrongfully convinced but when it comes to people like him who allready broke laws multiple times (if he was the only one who could've done it) it should be obvious that he's the one who broke in, and even if it wasn't him it would still kinda be his own fault for breaking laws and being at the wrong place at the wrong time

great neighbours . love the woman's confidence to deal with the intruder.
So cops actually caught this guy breaking into a house previously, held at gunpoint by the owner till the cops showed, and the DA let him go cause they needed more evidence!? At what point can you sue the DA for putting the whole community at risk? No wonder people are calling their neighbors when there is a break in and not the cops...
Your comment holds tons of truth in every word. Makes you wonder...
district attorneys have broad immunity. Otherwise all the bad ones would be bankrupting their municipalities through civil suit payouts.
They might need more evidence for this one
DA must be a DEM allowing CRIMINALS to go FREE and screw US Citizens paying taxes for NOTHING that DA should be totally responsible for all damages!!!!!
@@5DNRG I wonder nothing. District attorneys are being sponsored by W.E.F. and Soros related funds. The World conomic forum and George Soros and Klaus's Schwab all have very similar plans with the United States. Let it collapse so it can be absorbed.

BURGLAR plays the always used *mentalILLNESS* card 🙄 walks away
My take is they don’t want to encourage the good neighborhoods getting into the neighborhood watch stuff and people being self sufficient for security/taking the law into their own hands on burglars. I’m all for it though but it’s what I see going on everywhere else
DA need a dead victim to file a case. Backward ass US laws. In other countries, the home owner can kill the suspect and be award a metal. Not here in the US.
He's the DA;s brother in law and he knows his brother in law has issues and more than like he would have to pay for the layer for him again
well we live in political world, no evidence = not guilty.
His big mistake was putting on the jacket. Couldn't even see him before that.
lmao
Hehe good one!

@@deja-vuatfirstsight7020 Better to have enough evidence than to have people wrongly convicted I suppose
Sadly that was AFTER the multiple break-ins such as this one - who the heck is the DA - Hellen Keller?
@@bjs1624 but that's the thing, they had evidence of him breaking inside multiple homes and they apparently still "don't have enough evidence", i understand that people can be wrongfully convinced but when it comes to people like him who allready broke laws multiple times (if he was the only one who could've done it) it should be obvious that he's the one who broke in, and even if it wasn't him it would still kinda be his own fault for breaking laws and being at the wrong place at the wrong time
This is so awesome. Great job guys. You are setting the example for others to follow.

Exactly only a few people know I have firearms and I make it a point for them to keep their mouth shut about it. The first rule of gun responsibilities is keeping them out of unauthorized hands. So If you have a gun don't flash it around.
Your point is valid but would one attempt to break in and steal from them knowing the people living there are armed and ready to defend their property. I think not. Yeah it was a stupid move to let people know what you have but it was also a flex move.

I'm not saying he should be let off scott free, but the video shows him just wandering in and wandering around. He's not trashing the place, taking valuables and bolting. Seems like he's homeless and not all there. Probably belongs in some sort of mental facility rather than jail. But he doesn't appear to be a dangerous threat.
