    Wheat noodles is a healthy option. These look nice and taste just awesome. We are adding lot many veggies to make it healthier. This can be best option for the kids. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup Wheat flour
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 cup Water
    • 4 cups Water
    • Salt
    • 2 tsp Oil
    • 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
    • 1 finely sliced Onion
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped Carrot
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped Beans
    • 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
    • 1 tsp Soya sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp Red chili paste
    Method:
    • In a bowl take wheat flour, salt and mix well.
    • Add water and knead dough.
    • Cover and rest the dough for about 30 minutes.
    • Take the dough and knead once more well again.
    • Make a roll and transfer it into shev mold.
    • Boil water in a pan and add salt.
    • Roll noodles into boiling water and cook for just 2-3 minutes.
    • Take the noodles out and transfer into ice cold water.
    • When noodles cool down completely take them out and strain all the water.
    • Heat up oil in a pan and add garlic.
    • Fry it for about a minute.
    • Add onion, carrot, beans and fry for about 4-5 minutes.
    • Add cabbage and fry well.
    • Add soya sauce, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, red chili paste and fry well.
    • Add noodles and mix well.
    • Wheat noodles are all ready.
