As a hobby cook myself I have the same approach as Mr Brar. Practice a lot such that things get predictable and you get consistent results everytime. Sometimes we have to stick to certain methods when there is no chance to bear disaster, particularly when guests are around. In other times feel free to fail and accept criticism from family members. I remember those days when my wife threatened me not to make pizza anymore. But i never gave up and now i have my own recipe which can beat the leading brands such as Pizza Hut or Domminos. Other small sellers do not matter because they dont even come close to the standard pizzas made by above brands. This time i mastered the art of making seitan which is known as "soya chaap" in india. Keep your recipes as simple as possible, you will be happy.
Believe me, I am a bachelor student and I don't know how to cook anything except for Maggi and I am not even interested in learning but I still watch each and every video of yours. You've got a different vibe all together and you have the ability to make people fall in love with cooking. Big ups to you man❤️
