Damn, Mike was really disciplined because Cus made him have it and mike had quote about himself about having discipline. “Discipline is doing what you hate to do, but nonetheless doing it like you love it.” that's a great quote by the champ himself..
hats off to him
thanks for the video...
Our pleasure, glad you enjoyed it! Please share, we have much more to come this was Part 1
THIS IS SO AWESOME, THANK YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR PART TWO.👏👏👏🥊🥊🥊
Thank you 🙏🏼 glad you enjoyed it!
When release for part 2 or 3 ? Need to know how he trains strengths body exercise .
He was Training, then Training again and then again and the next day the same again. + the Killerinstinct+ the knowlegde of Cus + the will to destroy. he was next Level
GOAT
I got tired just listening to that lol
🤣🤣🤣 I feel you
FOR THIS REASON HE WAS THE BEST OF THE BEST AS I PRACTITIONER OF PEEK A BOO, IT NEEDS A LOT OF TIME TO DEDICATE
Total dedication, it's a very taxing style - especially on the back
I would like to see his calisthenics training
Either Part 2 or 3
No way he only ate a light breakfast and a light dinner
What was the calisthenics routine like? You said he does a lot of core work but that doesn’t explain his level of upper body mass. Were push ups a big part of his regime?
Great question - that'll be Part 3
"Promosm" 😠
Bro is that true Mike Tyson did 500 push ups 500 to 800 bench dips 2000 squats 2500 sit ups 500 shrugs ? If that was true please share his calisthenics routine video
I believe he only did it during Camp, when he was preparing for fight. He didnt do it every day of his life.
It’s only confirmed he did 2500 sit-ups with a 20 pound weight.

Yes but so many websites said Tyson did this calisthenics routine 6 days a week. Sunday rest. If he did 50 reps per workout he did 10 sets. If he did 100 reps he did 5 sets. But there is no evidence he did that ruthless workouts.
It's a lie, forget about this "training"
@@InfideI then how he builded his spectacular body like tank ?
Can't understand the choose of watching so much TV instead of reading good stuff and making use of that time to study something else...
He's gotta have some time to do what he wants 🤷🏽♂️
