This. This right here is why it makes no sense that they tried to pass off the Lucas Maya thing as Maya "becoming Riley" There was an attraction way before the Maya turning into Riley fiasco. Way before. So it makes no sense to me that they are now saying there was never an attraction it was just Maya being Riley
I know right!!! I feel like Maya was influenced by good people, who helped her become a better version of herself. She did NOT become Riley, she was still Maya. She just happened to open up her heart more to people. Like she never “changed” into Riley, if she did then she would become all preppy and positive. I feel like she did in fact change, but not the way the directors described. She was able to think more positively and gained the hope that she once lost. I think the reason why they did that was because they had a time limit (GMW was ending soon/they wouldn’t be able to continue the show)
I wish we could do a pleaged to the writers to CONTINUE this the right way. Is so hard to accept the serie ended like that. It doesn't make any sense. I think they wanted to do it another way.
