It's usually called a "Hangover burger" when you put an egg on a burger. Red Robin calls it a Royal burger, so if I order it someplace where it's not normally on the menu, I name it a "Royale with Cheese." If you recognize the movie reference, you're probably pretty cool.
Oh man, I hope you sampled a Ramly burger, a Malaysian staple. The patties are manufactured by the brand Ramly, and they're sold at roadside burger stalls that open in the evening until late at night. And though Ramly has opened a few outlets themselves, these roadside stalls are individual-owned (not franchised) and they all have their own recipe to create THE Ramly burger. It's hard to sample them all but there are specific Ramly stall locations that are, to put it simply, goated. I hope you manage to sample them, if not, plan another trip to Malaysia!
There is also a type of dry sambal from Sri Lanka that is not a sauce though. As Toycat described, it's called coconut sambal and it consists of desiccated coconut mixed with chilli flakes, onion, and lime juice.

Egg is a very common ingredient on burgers here in Australia and I'd be surprised if it had anything to do with nutritional value!
the spicy sauce is called sambal
