Some extra info Toycat: The next new railway line to open to passengers in the UK is actually the line connecting Blyth to Newcastle, though the station I believe isn’t very near the town centre but still, now is DEFINITELY the time to invest in Blyth because the train station/line is opening this year or next year.
And yes, ive looked into places outside the South-East you can live for 1 million+ and its WILD so you should definitely do a video on it. especially this place coincidentally actually near Hartlepool, i forgot the name
