I would love to see a warm up and a stretch routine that you do

Please help me. I am absolutely unable to leap! Any tips on split leaps. So far I’ve been avoid them and using other steps but I really want to be able to do them

NeverTedious the higher you jump the farther your legs will stretch! also practice your spilts. to jump higher you should strengthen your calves! extended high cuts will help make your leaps easier!

Thanks for your comment. Feel free to visit my website and contact me there if you'd like personalised detailed information. (www.elevatemovementstudio.com) But very simply it requires a balance between strength and mobility. While leg power and hip flexibility is essential, to be efficient with where your power goes you are required to have a stable "core". I have an instagram account as well with posts on the sport science behind highland athletism to help you too. (Elevatemovementstudio) 💕
