If i didnt have people like you, i would not have a very good looking and healthy relaxed hair. I am more than 20 years relaxed but i didnt know better and my hair grew but always was breaking to shoulder length. Since i follow your advice and others, my hair is now to the bra length👍🏽. Pleaseeeeee keep it up and keep teaching us. Lots of love❤️❤️

I use this same exact method to moisturize and seal! My hair loves the S curl product! I style my hair in a bun as well after moisturizing and sealing. I have really thick hair so the next day when I take it out, my hair feels so soft! I was natural on and off for years! It was so hard to maintain. Then I saw your video and relaxed in November 2019. I only relax every 5 to 6 months and my hair is grown so much! Love your videos. Thanks so much!

Yes the ability to work from home for almost a year has cut down my hair manipulation dramatically. I just keep my hair wrapped unless I have to run an errand and I have started scheduling all errands on one or two days. I am 4 months in a 6 month stretch and after a shedding debacle last summer, added iron and vitamin D, I am finally heading to lovely retention! I only moisturize once a week but I do a pretty intense one on wash day and my hair does not feel or look dry. Thanks for all your info from a fellow Bajan!

Also, I use S Curl too - more towards the end of my stretch. I just part my hair and spray it right on my new growth and it softens it up. Early in my stretch, I use As I Am So Much Moisture. I seal with jojoba or almond oil.

Yes Dom, this is a great video on this topic! It brought me back to the time as a kid, when my mom used to do my hair. As for Scurl, I have a love/hate relationship it. Hate because as a kid I had a Jeri curl in grade 7 and Scurl was a necessity but, the grease marks that were left behind when you rest your head anywhere was horrible!!! Love 😍because I've come to really appreciate how great of a moisturizer, Scurl really is. I've used it on my kids hairs with Aloe Vera, it really helps to keep curls defined..

Hi Dominique, I understand that we should NOT use Scurl to Moisturize and then seal after blow drying and flat ironing as our hair will revert. What about putting in just the Scurl (or moisturizer) BEFORE you blow dry, like when it's wet? After I wash I use a moisturizer (As I Am So Much Moisture) as my leave in conditioner. Can I use that and just not seal or should I use a leave in conditioner that is more of a spray if I plan to flat iron and blow dry?

    • @StyleDomination
