As is the case with most online posts these days, I hesitate to reply as I'm uncertain of the background of you and your comment (are you a Bot, a paid-antagonist, a tired/sad/despairing/angry individual, or just someone copying other bad-influencers)... but one thing I'm pretty sure of... ** encouraging people to Not Vote is NEVER the correct answer!! ** I despair of the 'faux-democracy' that our "one FPTP vote every 5 years' actually is, and am a strong proponent of moving to one of the better forms of Proportional-Representation. I have to acknowledge that no system is perfect, and I accept the fact that it will unfortunately allow some of the Left-wing, Right-wing & anti-Western head-bangers more 'official-representation' (but a lot of the current media-outlets, already give the 1%'ers too much voice anyway!!) But anyone that doesn't vote (through apathy or misguided antagonism) is removing themselves from the conversation completely. If you don't take an interest in the decisions, you don't get to complain afterwards, that you don't like the consequences of those decisions. Even if the system is wrong/broken... you need to continue to engage with it to see it change I'll leave it to the reader, to decide what form of engagement is most appropriate: single-voting, campaigning or more 'direct' action. But apathy is always going to end up with the other side coming out on top!!
