Hi Adi...I've been trying to market directly to title companies but most of the bigger firms have their Escrow Officers get a notary a commission (at least that's what they say). Any advice on how to break through that barrier? Maybe I should try locally owned title companies?
I would say to use the fact that you are a mobile notary and not in office so you could accommodate to those clients they have that have a need for after hour appointments
And definitely do local!

Thank you Adi so much! I've heard that signing services have been lowballing notaries, but when you said it, I knew it had to be true. Also, thanks for the call script. I'm still setting up my business and it's just what I needed!
Question: Do you have a 2nd phone to take business calls, or do you use an app, like Google Voice? Or do you use your own personal phone #? If possible, could you make a tutorial video on how to set this up please? 🙏🏾
Definitely some signing services are getting out of hand BUT this notary business is too good to let them ruin it! That’s why it’s important to find your own clients and build long lasting relationships with the businesses that will sustain your notary business.
I use the Google Voice app, very easy to use and I like it 👌 I’ll definitely make one!

Have your direct rates changed since the last video you posted? I feel like overall the rates are coming down
No they haven’t changed I’m only lowering my fees if I’m getting multiple signings from that client but other than that no, still the same

ive been following for a while now and i was wondering, do you charge a arm and a leg to be a mentor? lol because i do need one BUT i dont have the money to just pay out for the help at the moment.
Lol well right now I’m doing my best to mentor through these videos cus it’s free 99 😂 I’m trying to record more and post more often. Are you looking for ongoing mentorship like maybe something you can pay on a monthly basis? Because all I have now are 1 hour calls. But I can brainstorm how else I can help.
