I'm facing the same problem it seems.
Windows app installer pops up and checks for updates and goes away after a while. Only then the browser opens.

It happened to me in beta even before the alpha release. I tried several times and one time it came. I don't even know what to do now

However, AI functions can't be used on Windows 11. Without them, it's not too good browser.

Not for windows, but you can use both you know. Arc is far more advanced in organizing but brave is much easier
