Carly used to call herself the future-mrs.-cute-boy in the OG, but usually just because he was hot and unavailable, not because she had a deep love connection with him. Freddie, however, was friendzoned from day 1 because she actually cared about him so much and i think on a subconscious level she knew that if she let herself fall, it would be real and scary. I hope next season she and Freddie have fun with the back-and-forth of proposing. Who will get to do it first and how? Did the crazy whirlwind moment pass?
This season has been the best yet. Also, although it the cliffhanger was shocking, it was also kinda predictable (or let me say foreshadowing) Carly's mum being talked about and also coming up was shocking. But it was predictable in a sense that when Carly brought up her mum, it was kinda expected that her mom would show up. Like her feelings about her mother emerged as an 'intuition' or premonition about what would happen. Even if she didn't know it herself. It's like she was kinda stressed about her mother all of a sudden cos 'fate' was bringing her mom to her. So from that perspective, it was predictable. But from the general angle too, Carly's mum returning was such a huge deal and surprise.
@@emilyberte3663 It's not Sam, clearly. Fred did not recognize the person. It was someone he did not know. And if it was also Sam, Carly would be more happier than just shocked. Sam may possibly return one day but that stranger is no Sam. It's Carly and Spencer's mom.
My theory regarding Carly´s and Spencer´s mom: She definitely failed as a mother, it wasn´t anything like being a secret agent or any kind of misunderstanding. Otherwise she could have reappeared years ago to clear things up. My guess: Spencer has his own life (with 11 kids) and his privacy. He got in contact with their mother (or she with him) some time ago and has forgiven her, but he never told Carly because she just didn´t want to discuss anything about their mother. But when Carly mentioned her that night (with the exploding fireworks), Spencer thought that the moment might have come to initiate a meeting between her and Carly. So he called her and the mother was to eager to meet her daughter. That´s why she appeared right away at the wedding. Is there any other reason why she would be there at that exact moment? And Spencer seemed disappointed in that "Mom?" moment, he looked like he wanted to say "Now is not the right moment. You should have waited!" to his mother. So Carly will be angry with Spencer at the beginning of season 4 for not being honest with her.
I LOVED this season. Such emotion, so funny, so much growth for the characters… it was the best one yet. I love the direction the show is going by not shying away from more serious topics and having the characters have difficult conversations. I really love how the writers approached Creddie this season… it felt so natural for them and was everything the fans would want. I was NOT expecting them to be ready to get married in the season finale at all. I gasped when they turned towards each other when they realized they were ready. However, regardless of whether or not it was “fast”, with the way it was written and acted out, it felt natural for them. I’m so happy 🥺 I can’t wait to see where this goes! This season seemed to be a major success. I’m sure season 4 will be announced once the strike is over. Hopefully!!! Also, are you going to do an updated creddie video? I think a season 3 creddie analysis would be great.
They have to announce Season 4 now cuz Carly and Spencer’s mom has been one of those things both in the original show and in the reboot that people have been dying to see and considering how the original show revealed their dad at the end of the original show I think we’ll see their mom when Season 4 starts and I think that the next season will focus on Carly and Freddie enjoying married life and Carly and Spencer’s mom could be a reoccurring character throughout the season and may even try to make up for the lost time with her children.
This show has gotten a lot more deep than I think anyone ever anticipated- Carly having an abandonment trigger makes so much sense with her character and it ties in with her leaving people before they leave her and also her issue with announcing that her and Freddie were dating publicly. It definitely happened when she was really young considering they even had clips of young Carly and Spencer living together and also why in the original show she bonded so much with Sam when they seemingly had nothing in common. I can't decide if I want their mom to be apart of their life and have an explanation or if it's just a way for Carly to process and accept her trauma
I recently realized while watching this episode that I think Freddie has either met or seen their mom before because if you pay attention at the end when Carly sees her mom and Freddie turns around he seems to be surprised as to see her meaning he knew who it was
Am I the only one who thought for just an instant, that somehow, someway, Paramount+ pulled some magic and got Jeanette McCurdy to make a surprise cameo as Sam at the end of the episode, and that's who everyone was reacting to?
Now we finally know why Carly was reluctant to face her feelings for Freddie for years and why she put him in the friendzone as proxy. She was always scared to lose Freddie because most of the time she freaks out whenever she feels like she's losing him. The examples I can think of is when she heard about Sam and Freddie's first kiss and when she was leaving for Italy she was searching for a reason to stay so she kissed Freddie. I'm so glad that Millicent finally likes Carly after 3 seasons!
I loved this episode it was so Crazy especially the ending scene where Carly and Spencer’s mom returned to the series. So I really really really hope that we’ll get a season four and season five
The series was cancelled. Paramount+ already spoke about it and said that they feel the show is complete with Carly and Freddie being together. Such a terrible decision, I hope they lose a whole lot of subscribers for such incomplete work. Ending a series on a cliffhanger. Children would've written a better series finale.
For a season that started so great, then became decent in the middle part of the season, this finale was damn good. For one thing, thank heavens they did not get married. Again, I get so many Creddie fans wanted them to get married but I think it would’ve minimized the epic build up that got them together in the first place so I trust that the writers will come up with something big later on if and when an actual proposal does happen. I don’t think we’ll hear of a Season 4 renewal anytime soon just because of the current writers and actors strike and even if we did, as long as that strike is not settled, no one is reporting to work. I feel like some people don’t understand that, some fans that have started “I want a season 4”, not to bash them cause I myself want a season 4 especially with that cliffhanger BUT again, all that stuff needs to be settled first. Back to the episode and the ending, that was quite something. It will be wholly good to see the backstory of the mom, the reasons why she left, and the feelings that both Carly and Spencer have. Miranda’s facial expressions were perfect as was Jerry, as you could see the shock yet pissed off face he had. Great episode and great ending, i just hope we get a season 4. However it strikes the question, why did Spencer and Carly's mom visit them at a wedding that's not even theirs? I wonder if Freddie has met Carly's mom. They were friends as kids before the original show aired and we don't really know when Carly's mom left. I would love to see another Q & A after this episode.

Right..Superstore was my other fav show..loved the Danika character..they did her soo qrong😅..hopefully we still get more Danika, she is hilarious 😂 🙏🏻..
I like would like to see at least two more seasons one Creddie gets engaged and then one where Creddie gets married! I’ve an idea for one episode: Nevel, Nora, Chuck (these three were nailed spot on by the characters who played them!) and maybe more iCarly villains team up (since they failed individually) to go for one plot to destroy iCarly, but in the end everyone makes amends and that’s why you see the former villains in the wedding! I was thinking just be at least two or parter though
I watched the scene of her mom being explained on nick rewind and when carly said "expect mom" I paused my phone and walked out of the room bot being prepares for what was coming next,it wasn't as sad as I thought but it was still so sad
I loved most of this episode. I loved that Freddie and Carly had a talk about the future of their relationship. I also loved the fact that Carly's and Spencer's mom was mentioned in the episode before she showed up at the non wedding of Lewbert and Mrs. Benson. I was disappointed that Lewbert and Mrs. Benson didn't get married. I know that they wanted to elope in the first place but, when much of the season is set up to have a wedding, I expect a wedding. I think Freddie and Carly will not get married immediately and there will be a romantic proposal sometime in season four in either Italy or Japan. But, Creddie will move into together in season four and the wedding will be at the end of the season. Gibby can come back then. Tinsley can be written out of the show and Harper will stay on the show as Carly's friend. 9.5 out of 10.
I am damn sure that the show won't end like this. That could just make Paramount+ ratings go down. We will definitely get a new season but it might get delayed due to the WGA strike.
@@xvgm24 yeah I know... But it can still be saved by another streaming platform or Paramount itself because of the petitions and trending #SaveiCarly #WeWantiCarlyS4 hashtags. We can still hope for the best

I can see Freddie & Millicent moving in with Spencer he has a lot of space. I wonder if we’ll ever see Potter & her mom again I miss fashion designer Harper. This relationship focused Harper is boring & very un utilized. When she was focused on her passion & dreams she was very entertaining. Next season is definitely going to focus on Carly & Spencer’s mom so I hope Mr.Shay makes an appearance we need to see that family meeting. Who do u think will play there mom? Millicent…seems like the writers never knew what to do with her character. She has 1 liners & is sarcastic & has seasonal friends. Next season I want her to have a passion or goal to work towards the end of the season. Kinda wish she left with Gwen because she’s not bringing anything to the show so it’d make more time for Harper.
For season 4 #Creddie should just consider dual partnership especially since Carly identified Freddie as her person. This is the whole point of dual partnership so that both sides of the relationship can come together as equals. Plus Carly and Freddie both have issues with marriage this might be a better solution. Not to mention dual partnership is all the rage right now among millennials and Gen Z
I am begging to the gods that this show will not be a victim of the writer’s strike. Also why are iCarly finales so dramatic? The writers love their cliffhangers
I think Courteney Cox should play Mrs Shay in my opinion. I also hope we get to see Socko in person and maybe Gibby. Also, I still hope for a Victorious reboot
@@williebelcher9303 Not with that attitude. Maybe if we all beg and ask Jennette real nicely, she might return for the wedding. If not maybe they can deepfake Sam into the scene. If they get married, Sam is no longer optional.
I want season 4 to be the end! We have had already the plot points that we want and have it end with the answer of the big elephant in the room Carly’s mom!
I feel like the marrige question will be a red hearring, and they won't go through with it, but will instead decide to move in together, alas Monica and Chandler from Friends.
One theory I have which is far fetched but sounds cool is that her and their dad were a military/military couple, and both served in the Air Force as pilots. She dropped Carly off at Spencer at a young age with the intention of coming back for her but never told them where she was going possibly because she was called on a mission that was top secret. While she was flying she must’ve been shot down by a Surface to Air Missile or she tried saving a squadron mate but got shot down by an enemy aircraft. Because the mission was secretive Carly, Spencer and even their father did not know she was shot down and thought she abandoned them when in reality for 15+ Years she was held as a Prisoner of War by the enemy and maybe either they released her or she escaped and knew where they were to hopefully surprise them after watching her live video after hearing about her being a successful influencer from her coworkers or husband. Maybe in season 4 she will try to redeem herself but both Carly and Spencer are furious at her for leaving and not coming home until maybe one of her friends or their father with now the details of the mission being declassified or Freddie using his tech skills manages to somehow gain details on the mission explains to them what happened and she explains to them her love and eagerness to get back to them was what kept her going and fighting to get back to them. Season 4 I feel will become epic.
I hope there will be a new season, I can't with the uncertainty. Although I don't know why I thought, what if the person who arrived is freddy's first ex-wife? Xd
The final scene makes very little sence. Sure I guess it makes sense Carly doesn't wanna run out on a family like their mom. But we're discussing marriage, not having children. She's sort of jumping the gun. Why suddenly bring up the question of Carly's mom in the first place. Carly's mom doesn't make sense as its a venue for Marissa and Lubert. Unless one of them actually knows Carly's mom, why would she randomly show up. Maybe she has a new boyfriend she's gonna marry and was checking out the venue. Considering we don't see their mom it means they dont have someone to play her yet, which to me comes off as rushed and last minute. I would perfer this episode without the aspect of Carly's mom. Maybe be afraid that its too soon. They've known each other for years yes but they would need more time to see if they're truly compatible. Overall, I enjoyed this season less than the others
I think the outcome of this episode can only be evaluated after we see the season 4 premiere. It’s like we have seen half the story. I can’t wait to see how they will explain Carly’s mom showing up!
It may seem like it’s jumping the gun, but look at it from the perspective of Carly’s parents’ relationship and how it impacted Carly and Spencer: When Carly and Spencer were young, their mom walked out on them, essentially walking out on her marriage to Carly and Spencer’s dad too. Carly likely gets freaked out by marriage because of this not just because of the idea of “I don’t want to do to Freddie what mom did to us”. In her mind, it’s very likely that she doesn’t expect relationships to be long lasting because her mom didn’t make the effort to stay in their lives, so she’s afraid of marriage because of the idea that someone will walk out instead of committing to the relationship and the family being built. That’s also probably why Spencer had a lot of commitment issues in the original series with his own romantic relationships. It’s very likely the same subconscious issue for him as well. This is just speculation from how I’m reading the situation.
Great review, I loved the finale, and I am reallyyy hoping a season 4 does come! Are you going to do a video ranking the episodes of season 3? I enjoy those videos a lot :)
They would about have had to film the next part, so it wouldn't look strange for a continuation for next season, if there will be a next season, right? On the other hand, I guess it could start later, and we could just hear about what happened. I don't know. I just really hope there's a season four.
yea i think they'll just pick up the story a few days laterrr or something. cuz i can definitely see carly storming out at that moment and spencer saying that now is not the right time and they could tackle the issue some time later or idk hopefully we'll get to see
This was the last episode of the entire iCarly franchise. Paramount+ doesn't deserve to exist after cancelling this show with so little conclusion. I've found better writing in an elementary school classroom. If this show ends here, I'm sending just one message that will cost Paramount+ several thousand subscribers.
Very good season hope we get a season 4 and we find out why Carly and Spencer mom left I don't think anyone accepted this to be the cliffhanger i didn't love your reviews
The cliffhanger definitely opens a new potential story line for the next season, but also can fit as a series closer if the show were to get cancelled.

Spencer is the funny narcissistic type of character 😂
I really enjoyed the Season 3 Finale. I am now excited for next summer for the potential Season 4
Season 4 is happening
It’s not confirmed
@amaannanji3113 Yes it was
Can you send the link to where you saw that? I hope we get a season 4 but with the strike it may not happen and it would definitely be delayed
I wonder if Freddie has met Carly's mom. They were friends as kids before the original show aired and we don't really know when Carly's mom left. I would love to see another Q & A after this episode.
No but Sam probably did
@@mayflower7811I think Freddie also met carlys mom but wasn’t comfortable bringing Her up because he probably knew that carly and Spencer would either be mad or upset if he brought her up or her name I think same thing with Sam Sam probably wasn’t comfortable talking about carlys mom because she knew or figured that Carly and Spencer would either be mad or upset if Sam brought her up or her name up
Yes, this is a monumental season!
Spencer almost killed Creddie, Marissa and Lubert ditched everyone and got married in Vegas and Carly’s mom is back!
So far this is one of the best season in the revival. Hopefully we get a season four
carly's mom was mentioned in Sam & Cat, nevel asks what happened to carly's mom in one episode
Which episode?
@@Lizgirl10Star super psycho
I really hope there’s a season 4 and I want them to reveal Carly’s mom
i do hope they don't do the Carly's mom married Freddie's dad bit.
I see that actually
They'll never do that
Oh they definitely won’t all fans want creddie they will not do that, her mom is there for some reason we will find out she may have secretly been friends with freddies mom but idk
liked before watching I’ve always looked forward to your reviews for season 3❤
Thank You! I'm glad you enjoyed the reviews
The comment about Carly’s mom and Freddie’s dad turning out to be married was so out there but that also would have been incredible! Maybe too farfetched but it would’ve been SO intresting!
What a cliffhanger to end with Carly and Spencer's mom appearing, but we don't get to see her on-screen!
I keep wanting to call Danica, Sandra because of Superstore. That’s the show she was in before.
In my mind they are the same character after superstore ended Sandra moved to a new city and changed her name
Yeah! I feel that haha.
Right..Superstore was my other fav show..loved the Danika character..they did her soo qrong😅..hopefully we still get more Danika, she is hilarious 😂 🙏🏻..
Superstore is funny. I forgot she was on that.
About that...
@@xvgm24 yeah I know... But it can still be saved by another streaming platform or Paramount itself because of the petitions and trending #SaveiCarly #WeWantiCarlyS4 hashtags. We can still hope for the best
Paramount+ already spoke about it and said that they feel the show is complete with Carly and Freddie being together. Such a terrible decision, I hope they lose a whole lot of subscribers for such incomplete work. Ending a series on a cliffhanger. Children would've written a better series finale.
After that cliffhanger, we better get season 4 or we will riot 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We didn't get a Creddie engagement they're obsessed with each other that they want to get married right now!
Can’t wait to watch this review! ❤Are you gonna review Zoey 102 too?
Yup! Watching the movie now :)
@@ThirdWind YES!!
I can see Freddie & Millicent moving in with Spencer he has a lot of space. I wonder if we’ll ever see Potter & her mom again
I miss fashion designer Harper.
I know it's a random comment but i really relate to Harper's love for sushi😂
For season 4 #Creddie should just consider dual partnership especially since Carly identified Freddie as her person. This is the whole point of dual partnership so that both sides of the relationship can come together as equals. Plus Carly and Freddie both have issues with marriage this might be a better solution. Not to mention dual partnership is all the rage right now among millennials and Gen Z
I think spencer called Carly’s mom and told her to come back home, so him and Carly can finally hash things out with her.
2:59 meat of the episode hehe
I am begging to the gods that this show will not be a victim of the writer’s strike. Also why are iCarly finales so dramatic? The writers love their cliffhangers
I think Courteney Cox should play Mrs Shay in my opinion. I also hope we get to see Socko in person and maybe Gibby. Also, I still hope for a Victorious reboot
She could but Carly and Spencer are half Asian ...Courtney isn't
@@MA-yc7pz where was it said that they’re half Asian
I'M FEEL SPEECHLESS CARLY AND SPENCER SEEN THERE MOTHER
Same 😳😳😳
After what? 25 years?😢
Plot twist, it turns out to be Sam. She does often refer to herself as mama after all!
Sam is not coming back dude 😢
@@williebelcher9303 Not with that attitude. Maybe if we all beg and ask Jennette real nicely, she might return for the wedding. If not maybe they can deepfake Sam into the scene. If they get married, Sam is no longer optional.
I want season 4 to be the end! We have had already the plot points that we want and have it end with the answer of the big elephant in the room Carly’s mom!
Writers are confident season 4 will happy
Please do a tear list on all the characters that didn’t come back that should
I hope there will be a new season, I can't with the uncertainty. Although I don't know why I thought, what if the person who arrived is freddy's first ex-wife? Xd
Lo mas seguro es que van a renovar otra temporada pero se necesita que sean mas los capitulos o que el tiempo de duracion sea de 35 a 40 minutos
I would put Spencer in charge of starting the fires.
You think way too much
It may seem like it’s jumping the gun, but look at it from the perspective of Carly’s parents’ relationship and how it impacted Carly and Spencer: When Carly and Spencer were young, their mom walked out on them, essentially walking out on her marriage to Carly and Spencer’s dad too.
What have i missed i didn't wven know they made more icarley
When I looked up I Carly on tv I saw there was a fourth season and then it disappeared after I went back to see days later
Spencer ... Mr. Chase the bag lmao
other issue is freddie has not shown any one a ring yet he didn't even pop the question but in time it will happen
Great review, I loved the finale, and I am reallyyy hoping a season 4 does come!
Are you going to do a video ranking the episodes of season 3? I enjoy those videos a lot :)
That’s the plan!
@@ThirdWind June 2024
They would about have had to film the next part, so it wouldn't look strange for a continuation for next season, if there will be a next season, right? On the other hand, I guess it could start later, and we could just hear about what happened. I don't know. I just really hope there's a season four.
Interesting thought, maybe all they need is the doorway shot.
yea i think they'll just pick up the story a few days laterrr or something. cuz i can definitely see carly storming out at that moment and spencer saying that now is not the right time and they could tackle the issue some time later or idk hopefully we'll get to see
Huge plot twist n I taught Spencer having like 10 or 11 kids was crazy
Bro im dying for a season 4
this season was the most adult season yet bc it had everything bout facing the past n how she avoid being with freddie
Freddie seems freaked out cause it seems that either he knows the who she is or something lol
I see them concluding the franchise in one more season, season 4.
Will there be a season 4?
Which actress would be playing the mom?
I didn't really care for Icarly before but dang the reboot is soo good
Carly's mom is either a friends with Freddie's mom or Hubert, that's why she's at the wedding?
I have a few theories about the possible season four if they decide to continue with the show .
Season 4 will most definitely start off at the wedding
Hopefully 🤞
The ending of s3 e10 is a cliff hanger. Well see what will happen. Will we get season 4?
thats tough but carly and freddie will be married in the next season as God as my witness these two will be married.
This was the last episode of the entire iCarly franchise. Paramount+ doesn't deserve to exist after cancelling this show with so little conclusion. I've found better writing in an elementary school classroom. If this show ends here, I'm sending just one message that will cost Paramount+ several thousand subscribers.
I just want you to know Third Wind that icarly season 4 will not be a thing because Paramount Plus announced they canceled the show.
Onde posso assistir Icarly sesson 3 completo aqui no Brasil chegou agora😢
They should make two more episodes 0:24
I wish we actually saw Carly and Spencer’s mom and saw carly and Freddie’s wedding
I wished Erin Gray would played Carly’s mom
Very good season hope we get a season 4 and we find out why Carly and Spencer mom left I don't think anyone accepted this to be the cliffhanger i didn't love your reviews
I haven’t seen the episode yet but can anybody tell if it was a bid cliffhanger or if there’s an indication of a season 4? Thank you
The cliffhanger definitely opens a new potential story line for the next season, but also can fit as a series closer if the show were to get cancelled.
@@ThirdWindHow are the views, do you know? Let’s say this strike completely resolves tomorrow, hypothetical. Is there a good chance iCarly will continue?
Thanks for your reply. I saw the episode now and if this is the end then that would be upsetting. It’s a huge cliffhanger
I hope the iCarly reboot gets renewed for another season because I wanna see my favorite love hurts Carly and Freddie get married
How did she know about what Melissa Wanted That's so awesome how she knew.
Queremos temporada 4...❤💜💯
I personally believe this won’t be the end. I think Carly shay’s story has one more good season left. Until then icarly nation. 🙏🙏
Wait is Sam Gibby T-Bo and Carly’s Mom at a wedding no way in season 4

Hey thirdwind icarly season 3 finally or zoey 102? Movie 🤔
Sesson 3 Finale :). Crazy good sesason and finale.
carly is so beautiful in this scene

Season was good, but their should had been a 11th episode in this season, that was a bad place to leave the season off with
