I'm surprised you didn't test if a tanker class (with Convoy) self repairing as the driver in a regular torpedo boat would also cause the Dreadnaught to repair. I know the torpedo boat (and Y-Boat) can self repair with any class so maybe with the convoy perk it can also affect it? Great video nonetheless (they always are).
Odd. Maybe it's something to do with Turning The Tides maps prohibiting it? Or maybe the "tanker class" spawning into a Destroyer is tagged unlike a "tanker class" spawning from a tank.
Your stuff iz amazing,you do your videos so well! You should really look into other popular video games to expand your audiance,its just a damn shame to see you not get more recognition for your efforts!
I just make videos for fun. Learn how to edit and other creative things. There are so many other UA-camrs who cover game mechanics in every game. If there are things missing, I see if it might be interesting to make a video, but it's time consuming and my interest in video games have gone down in years. Both from quality and age I guess.

I tired jumping out of the Destroyer and into a Torpedo boat and Zeppelin. Still nothing.

Maybe you could repair the zeppelin… Stack a few landships on Monte Grappa maybe? Would be very practical
Maybe just fly in circles near it with a plane?
