How we do local rice is very different from what you did here. Where I come from, we boil water first, once it’s boil, we add oil, cray fish, dry fish , Pomo, seasoning cubes, peppers and salt, washed rice last and then give it a good stir .

But I have noticed that anything I make in large quantities, it gets spoilt easily, like the next day even when I preserve by freezing..... Please is there anything I am doing wrong?
