Thanks for this recipe Chris. My sisters and I have what we call a mental health break. When we just pamper ourselves ALL day long. No phone calls. No chores. No problems. Nothing but relaxation. Sometimes we kick everyone out of the house and just sleep. Sometimes we go to a movie alone. Sometimes we cook foods we like but the family hates. Sometimes we have a spa day. It just depends on what we need the most. These wings are perfect for my next Mental Health break. Of course I'll make them again fir the family these really look too good not to share.

Love the idea of fried wings and taramind dipping sauce or lightly glazing the wings and putting it into the oven. Great recipe!

Chris thank you for your take on these delicious wings. They were finger licking good!! Please, I had requested some info from you before, but never received a response. I have a friend who lives in Scarborough, Toronto, and want her to bring me some Chelsea boneless smoke herring fillets, when she visits. Would you be able to tell me where she can find it? I would greatly appreciate a response. Thx

Derrick Jefferson it has a real citrus tang to it. No way to compare really.

I am thinking on combining this with Vietnamese caramel chicken but instead of caramel use this glaze sauce.
I am planning to first fry some thighs 5+5 min and leave 1tbs of that oil in the pan. Set aside the thighs. Prepare glaze but not sure about 1 cup sugar when I already have honey. or mpple syrup and also orange fructose. too much sugar kills.
I am in an unknown territory but will see

are you sure that much sauce for that little meat?
