Thanks for this recipe Chris. My sisters and I have what we call a mental health break. When we just pamper ourselves ALL day long. No phone calls. No chores. No problems. Nothing but relaxation. Sometimes we kick everyone out of the house and just sleep. Sometimes we go to a movie alone. Sometimes we cook foods we like but the family hates. Sometimes we have a spa day. It just depends on what we need the most. These wings are perfect for my next Mental Health break. Of course I'll make them again fir the family these really look too good not to share.
I just love how you take your time to explain everything to us. And your also quite entertaining with the little jokes now and again. There ain no way anyone suppose to mess up one of your recipes because you well explained in detail. Sending you love from The Caribbean Anguilla🇦🇮
By far the best wings so much compliments from my kids and husband....also if I may add Chris not only are you an awesome cook but also a true gentleman because I respect how you handle the negative comments with utter class and dignity!!!! Always keep your head up high and continue to do what you are doing.

I'm looking at the ingredients for the tamarind glaze and I'm wondering if I can use tamarind chutney instead as I don't have tamarind pulp readily available?
This is by far the best recipe i have ever tried it is sooooooooooo Good !!!! oh i cant brag on this enough! I would pay good money at a resterant for this! Y ou can not find this in any resarant any were in arkansas!
Chris thank you for your take on these delicious wings. They were finger licking good!! Please, I had requested some info from you before, but never received a response. I have a friend who lives in Scarborough, Toronto, and want her to bring me some Chelsea boneless smoke herring fillets, when she visits. Would you be able to tell me where she can find it? I would greatly appreciate a response. Thx
A bit of clarification please... in the video you say tamarind paste, the recipe says tamarind pulp... one can find both items... are they interchangeable?
I am thinking on combining this with Vietnamese caramel chicken but instead of caramel use this glaze sauce. I am planning to first fry some thighs 5+5 min and leave 1tbs of that oil in the pan. Set aside the thighs. Prepare glaze but not sure about 1 cup sugar when I already have honey. or mpple syrup and also orange fructose. too much sugar kills. I am in an unknown territory but will see
I just tried this recipe... DELICIOUS! My husband said they're the best wings that I've ever made. Thank you Chris! Love from us in London
u lying son of the bytch
my baby shower is coming up soon...I'm gonna use this glaze for meatballs....Thank you for the idea Chris!!!!

Where is the recipe for the fried chicken on your Instagram page?
Looks good and I'm not a big wing fan

you should have coated the wings in flour before u you fried em. would make an awesome crunch
no crunch when you add to the glaze, so kinda defeats the purpose
Oh lol... Okay dope...
