    I SWEAR you have to continue this series its actually the best thing to watch on mma youtube. And there are also so many other fighters you can do those videos with like how you did topuria and back in the day how you did aldo, dillashaw, khabib. There is literally so much opportunity

    For Uchi Mata, against skilled guys, i use something i saw at JudoFlo: i keep the wizard and put the other hand on the floor so i can still lift my leg without falling.

    Entradas muito boas, sempre bom lembrar que o oponente não quer defender com chute ou joelhada por consideração de ser colega de treino, diferente de uma competição

    Interesting to see that despite Jeff being an mma fighter and able to do controlled sparring, he doesnt seem to like sparring in mma puffy gloves. Always boxing gloves.

    Love the content Mr. Jeff; also congrats on doing very well in life! I just wanted to add my 2 cents for the single leg if you don't mind; the only thing i saw that you could add to your single leg TD is squeezing your inner thighs together. When I was learning MMA, before i started doing mainly striking, I was coached by a wrestler and that was something he taught us and "many a time" I couldn't stop a single leg the way he did it. Anyway i'm not saying you are wrong but i could create more control over how you can maneuver an opponent. (oh and for one of the judo throws i noticed you don't squat to hip bump up to get the max slam effect is that b/c it is practice speed and dangerous to do?)

      @@MMAShredded I hope I was respectful in my approach sir! You have taught me a ton and i've never even met you! Like honestly without your videos i'd never have learned how to properly sweep from the clinch with variety. I appreciate you very much Mr. Jeff and Godbless

    Hey Jeff for #3 what would I do if I cable grip, lift but someone holding my leg so I can’t lift them?

    • @MMAShredded
      @MMAShredded  3 дні тому +3

      There are lots of back takedowns you can do. I also like to squat onto one leg as I straighten my other leg on the ground and pull them behind, using my leg to trip them!
