    高筋面粉 bread flour 25g / 1Tbsp,2tsp
    鮮奶 fresh milk 125ml
    高筋面粉 bread flour 350g / 2,1/2cup
    细砂糖 caster sugar 50g / 1/4cup
    鮮奶 fresh milk 180ml
    鹽 salt 5g / 1tsp
    即溶酵母 instant yeast 6g / 2tsp
    無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
    长模 Pan size 20cm x 8cm x 10cm
    摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 25-30分钟
    Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 25-30 minutes

    @ 7:17 you mean divided into 3 equal parts.
    @ 11:28 you mean 45 minutes rise instead if 30 minutes.
    I know it's not major thing, but your videos usually showed the perfectionism. Thanks you so much 👍👏👏👏

    Thankyou Apron for this great recipe, a perfect combo of autolyse and tangzhong method. It doesn't require much kneading so I didn't use machine. After autolyse it reaches windowpane already so you just need to add salt, yeast and butter and knead for a while.

      Rain Maker ! Now you got me intrigued! 😲! I was so encouraged to try making it after seeing so many successes. Then deflated because I don’t have a machine 😫. Now you said you didn’t use the machine 😲😲. How do you do it? What’s autolyse ? Hope you could please kindly give me a few tips. I’ve been a total failure in bread making for years. Tried to pick it up in this lockdown but still an utter disaster 😫. Hope you’re reading 🙏🙏🙏

      @@emkoh2746 I don't use machine for baking my breads, ando they don't deflate... I knead whit my hands, it's a little hard, but they come out perfecta.

      @@emkoh2746 sorry for late reply coz I just read your comment. I combined the ingredients together except salt, yeast and butter then mix well and knead just a little. Next, leave for two hours and check if it's reached window pane. If yes then you add the salt, yeast (mix with a bit water) and lastly add butter. It may not easy to knead with hand after you put the yeast and butter but just be patient and continue kneading til the yeast is absorbed then do the same with butter. Actually you can use this recipe and replace with your hands. Hope it helps 😘

    Can I add 1tbsp milk powder in addition to all the other ingredients listed in the description? Have a bit of milk powder left at home so... Made your sandwich bread and it came out quite well. Hope this bread will be good too.
