Zdrowszy chlebek jest na własnym zakwasie, może jakiś filmik, pozdrawiam.

Myślę, że w przyszłości coś będzie z zakwasem, bo bardzo dużo też piekę. Z tym, że proces jest bardziej skomplikowany i to na dłuższe wideo albo po prostu przepisy z dodatkiem zakwasu. Pozdrawiam!
