i dig the vibe of the video and the effort behind it:) as someone who helps manage a coffee bar in Sammamish, I just gotta say that a machine like that will never match the experience of a half-decent barista dialing in their own roast. So many factors go into a good espresso shot that literally changes day by day. How old are the beans? have they been gassed? how hot is the machine? how fine/coarse is the grind for this amount of beans on this particular day? i could go on and on lol.
i 100000% agree!! so many factors but definitely the job of the barista to make an incredible shot of espresso!! whats the coffee bar called?? ill go check it out!
