R.I.P. Paul Soles 1930-2021 he will be remembered for his voice as Spider -Man in the 60's and 70's and I own the DVD of his work and I will miss him dearly
It is a classic. I wish they would re-release the DVD and/or put it on Disney Plus! Preferably DVD. Some of my earliest cartoon memories are of this show!
RIP, sadly no Tribute by Sony or Disney. He was first voice of spiderman. I really wish Lord/ Miller would reached out to him to have a part in spiderverse movie.
He is such a great guy, thinking back to the first Spider Man show ever, Im sure it feels weird hearing an older Spider Man, but he did a great job and that if it wasnt for that old show we maybe wouldn´t have gotten all the new stuff so thank you :)
If you look back, this guy has done so many different things, from zany comedy to TV interviewing, and is really and truly a legend. His voice is always what I hear when I think of Spidey. I wish they would use his voice again in the next Spidey cartoon somehow. Canadians can sometimes be so humble that they get ignored. I wish the world would remember this multi-talented guy. I have to say, his Spidey voice was very reassuring to me as a kid, and once in awhile I'll see an old Spidey cartoon on UA-cam, and it still has the same effect.
Man he was almost ninety and still looking so badass in his leather jacket! Such an awesome guy, I’m one of his biggest fans. God bless his dear heart, he will forever be missed ❤️
It would have been cool if he had voiced Uncle Ben in one of the latter Spider-Man cartoons kind of like when Adam West voiced Bruce Wayne's father in Batman the Brave and Bold!
Tobey McGuire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland are my from generation. But I feel sad he died recently, so this man gives more credit because he was the original voice of Spider-Man. I don’t know much about him. But this man deserves better

Unbelievable that Spiderman lived in Toronto, a 45 minute drive from me. So disappointing he never did a signing engagement.
