Hiking on the Island of Madeira, Portugal, IV (4K)

Trail PR9 Levada do Caldeirão Verde trail - a hike roughly 7 km (one way) from Queimadas Forest Park, along the levada, to the green caldron "Caldeirão Verde" (the next 1,5 km of the trail that would end at the Caldeirao do Inferno was, unfortunately, cordoned of due to maintenance work on the trail.
Parking lot at "Parque Florestal de Queimadas". There is a €3 fee to park your car for the day, you have to first pay at the office to get a ticket to leave the parking lot.
