Hi, thanks for the video! We share the same excitement as you! Walking pass everyday and seeing how it develops day by day just brewed our excitement. Now we can't wait for the link bridge that will bring us direct to the beach! 🎉
Oh yes, I am so looking forward to that too. That will indeed be awesome.
Hello, it should be Pasir Ris West Plaza (not Pasir Ris West Mall). Also in fact, should not be counted as a mall, as it's just a small non air-conditioned cluster of your regular HDB shops, along with Fairprice and McDonald's. Hardly near classification as a (shopping) mall proper.
Yes you are right. I am living just next to it also. I hope that McDonald's stays longer than the former tenants.
Hello, there is a Downtown East.
Haha, yes, and E!Hub as well. Forgot those two.
M1 got no signal in this mall, just went today. M1 network coverage getting worse.
It is a new place, so yes, I suppose there may be teething problems.
Is amazing how an agent can sell Pasir Ris as convenient.. must be quite inconvenient now to stay at Bishan, Paya Lebar or Toa Payoh now.. 😅
Yes I agree, I am pretty amazing. I love Pasir Ris. I live there too.
How does 120624 becomes 6666?
12 is 6 and 6, and the last 24 is added to 6.
Very gd. Then u n ur family can shop the whole year. Not interested.
Yes we are there very often. Thank you for the kind wishes.
What's the big deal just another mall only.
Its the way it was built, and what it holds.
No difference from any other mall....boring and nothing unique
3 MRT access, a bus interchange, so it will be crowded.
Yes that is very true, and I am just so taken by the marvellous wonder of how buildings evolve in Singapore.
Not forgetting NS Tekong pick-up point and International School nearby for day crowds.
And yes nothing unique (as expected). Seeing e.g. McDonald's and Venus Beauty which are already in White Sands.
@@Sean-hs3uf I should do a video on the number of McDonalds in Pasir Ris too. I believe there are 7. Haha
Haha, good one, my son told me I should have added that in.
i can understand your great efforts to try to talk up this mall, but it is just another typical suburban mall with the usual shops. Rather uninteresting.and anonymous. Unless you are a property agent trying to sell properties in Pasir Ris, your commentary seems more suited for fantasy-land.
It is about how the building was built as well, as what it holds. It is one of a kind in Singapore. I explained it in the video actually.
Singapore malls are boring. Everything is just a repeat of shops and nothing special. Long gone the days we still have Old School arcades and affordable nice food or even a disco in malls. Boring and sad Era I must say.
Yes agree with you, and, that is probably because what sells keeps staying alive.
